Complete set of drawings for the course project. Calculation and construction of elements of a residential building. The functional purpose of this structure during the reconstruction is supposed to be partially changed. I propose to completely give all floors for residential apartments, arrange an entrance from the courtyard and organize additional premises for specialized processes. It was decided to demolish the unauthorized residential building adjacent to the building. I propose to change the second floor completely, giving the entire area the same for housing. This is due to the location of the building - it is located on the central street of Brest and is of great economic importance. Having studied the condition of the building and finding out that it is in not very good condition, I propose strengthening the walls in the places of cracks with metal plates. House on the street. Sovetskaya 108 should emphasize the cultural significance of the street itself. To do this, I propose to decorate the main facade with a decorative pediment with a round hole for ventilation of the attic.
