CMB Controller
3.2. General description.
On the front panel of the controller there is a screen and control buttons. The purpose of the control buttons is shown in Figure 1. The controller has 2 work screens - main (screen 1) and setpoint input screen (screen 2). Screen 1 has no active control elements and is intended only for indication of main monitored parameters and status annunciator. Switching between work screens is carried out using the buttons for changing work screens. When you switch from screen 1 to screen 2, the setpoint input field becomes active as soon as the screen is switched. Set point is entered using 0-9 buttons. To remember the newly entered setpoint, press the temperature setpoint confirmation button. Clicking the "i" button will turn on the information screen of the installer. Pressing the "i" button again will switch to screen 1.
Remote control panel PDK2
On the front panel of the control panel there are light indicators and control elements. The purpose of the indicators and controls is shown in Figure 2. "System in operation" indicator is connected directly to ShM controller and signals about controller serviceability and algorithm operation. The "power failure" indicator lights up if the power supply parameters deviate from the norm and remains active until the power supply returns to normal and the power failure reset button is pressed. The power supply emergency release button is used for manual relief of power supply accident by the security officer. Pressing the button means confirmation of the elimination of the consequences of the power supply accident by the security officer. The system will not react in any way to pressing the button if the power supply parameters have not yet returned to normal or if the "Power supply accident" indicator is not lit. The audible signal is activated in case of any accident in the system (high temperature or power supply accident). The sound signal can be turned off using the sound control toggle switch.
Description of system operation
5.1. The main events that occur in the system.

- sending SMS on return of parameters of controlled voltage to normal and on expectation of manual lifting of accident to numbers of responsible persons;
- indication of "Normal" message on the annunciator of MW controller power supply voltage state.
5.1.5. Manual confirmation (removal) of the power supply accident by the security officer after returning the power supply parameters to the norm :
- sending SMS about removal of accident by security to numbers of responsible persons;
- shutdown of emergency light and sound alarm on PDK2;
- indication of "Norma" message on the annunciator of MW controller power supply emergency state.
SMS - Features
The system receives and sends messages to the numbers of responsible persons on request and in case of control situations.
6.1. Messages sent by control situations to the numbers of all persons in charge.
6.1.1. Temperature exceeded message.
"Temperature in server room is XX.XC. It is higher than allowed limit YY.Y C. Datetime: zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz", where XX.X - the current temperature in server, YY.Y - the current setting of admissible temperature, zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz is current date.
Translation: Temperature in the server XX.XS. This is higher than the allowable limit YY.YC.
6.1.2. Report that the temperature is back to normal.
"Temperature in server room is normalized and equals XX.XC. It is less than alarm level YY.YC. Datetime: zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz", where where XX.X - the current temperature in server, YY.Y - the current setting of admissible temperature, zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz is current date.
Translation: The temperature in the server is back to normal and equal to XX.XS. This is less than the emergency limit YY.YC.
6.1.3. Occurrence of deviations of supply voltage parameters.
«Power supply alarm. Datetime: zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz, "where zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz is the current date.
Translation: Power failure.
6.1.4. Returns power settings to normal.
«Power supply is ok. Waiting for acknowledgement. Datetime: zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz, "where zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz is the current date.
Translation: The power settings have returned to normal. I expect the accident to be resolved.
6.1.5. Removal of power supply accident by security officer.
«Power supply alarm is acknowledged by security. Datetime: zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz, "where zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz is the current date.
Translation: Power accident removed by security officer.
6.2. Requests sent from the numbers of responsible persons to the ShM controller for information on the status of monitored parameters.
See Table 1 for the query text. For example, to obtain information about the monitored parameters, the subscriber with the 89161756928 number must send a message with the text Status5 to the controller number of the CMU. The text of the request message must be fully typed in the Latin layout. Only the subscriber who sent the request will receive a response to the request.
6.3. Messages on the status of monitored parameters sent by the ShM controller at the request of responsible persons.
«Temperature=XX.XC, temperature high limit=YY.YC, humidity=WW.W%, power supply is normal, power supply alarm is acknowledged. Datetime: zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz, "where XX.XC is the current temperature, YY.YC is the current set point of the permissible temperature, WW.W% is the current humidity, zz.zz.zzzz zz: zz is the current date.
Translation: Temperature = XX.XC, allowable temperature setpoint = YY.YC, humidity = WW.W%, power supply voltage is normal, power supply accident is removed.
Depending on the situation at the site, the following parts of the message may vary:
- temperature (XX.XC)
- current allowable temperature setpoint (YY.YC)
- Humidity (WW.W%)
- supply voltage (is normal or IN ALARM)
- Power failure (is acknowledged or not acknowledged)
Service
7.1. Batteries.
The ShM includes two standard acid-lead sealed batteries with a voltage of 12V and a capacity of 7A * h each. According to existing regulations, the recommended battery life is 2 years, regardless of the mode of operation .
