Additional information

1. General part

The design of the heat supply system for air heaters of the central air conditioner in room 207 of housing 7/12 of FSUE "FNPCNIS named after Yu. G. Sedakov" was carried out on the basis of the customer's technical assignment and in accordance with:

- SNiP 41.01.2003 - "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";

- SNiP 230199 * - "Construction climatology";

- SNiP 2.08.0889 * - "Public buildings and structures";

- SNiP 3.05.0185 - "Internal sanitary and technical systems";

- SNiP 23032003 - "Fire safety of buildings and structures";

- SanPiN 2.2.4.54896 - "Hygienic requirements to microclimate of production premises";

- GOST R ISO 1464442002 "Clean rooms and associated controlled environments"

- TSN 2330197 "Construction climatology for points of the Nizhny Novgorod region";

The technical solutions adopted in the project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to compliance are provided by working drawings of measures.

2. Calculation conditions

The design parameters of the outdoor air for the system design were adopted jointly by SNiP 230199 "Construction climatology," TSN 2330197 "Construction climatology for points of the Nizhny Novgorod region":

1. Design temperature during the cold period of year of tnkh = 350C (text)

2. Average outside temperature for the heating period tht = 4.5 ° C

3. Design parameters of coolant t1 = 1300C, t2 = 700C

2. Heat supply

Heat supply source of housing 7/12 is heat point on the first floor between axes 1-2 and A-B. Before the room with consumers - 2 water air heaters, the pipeline is laid from the outside of the building in an open way. Standard movable and fixed supports attached by channel to building facade are adopted as pipeline supports.

The heat insulation thickness of the pipelines was selected from the larger design value for permissible heat loss and coolant freezing in the absence of movement. Technical insulation Rockwool TEHMAT 80mm thick is used for pipeline insulation.

Compensation of thermal extensions is provided by L-shaped compensators. Movable supports are installed every 3 m from fixed support.

The indoor insulation is ISOVER ALC 50mm thick.

Heat supply of the air heaters of the plenum plant AirBox S4020R is carried out from the distribution comb designed in 207 room. In addition to the standard installed pipeline valves, manual balancing valves are installed on the supply lines of heat exchangers in order to ensure design flow distribution in the coolant circuits. Under-boring of the valve is carried out using a monogram based on the difference in pressure drops in the circuits, which should create a valve at a given (maximum) coolant flow rate. Having only two heat consumers, it is enough to install one valve on a circuit with a smaller pressure difference, but given the ability of the valve to protrude in the flow limiter roll, both circuits are equipped with balancing valves. In this case, with pipeline pressure losses, local resistances, mixing unit and heat exchanger resistance, the pressure losses in the balancing valve must be taken into account. The pressure loss difference between the circuits is 6.48 kPa at the required intervals. To create the required pressure on the circuit with a maximum flow rate of 0.747 m3/h, two valves Du25 and Du32 are suitable. Taking the D25mm valve for installation, its adjustment will be 2.32.5. More precise adjustment should be carried out during commissioning, based on readings of pressure gauges.

Control of coolant temperature passing through heat exchanger is provided by calorifer binding unit, which operates to mix supply and return water. The three-way Siemens valve VFX41.504 and the Siemens electric drive SKD60 with a rod stroke of 20mm act as the actuating and regulating device.
