4. Object Description

The object to be equipped with APTA is the server rooms in the building at. Two-story building, area - 1200 m2.

The server rooms are located on the 1st floor.

The level of structural floor of the first floor is taken as elevation 0.000.

Characteristics of protected premises:

Relative humidity - up to 70%

Air temperature - 15-20 ° С

Brick walls, reinforced concrete floors. There are no explosive rooms with the presence of aggressive media.

There are false floors in the server rooms.

5. Purpose of the system

Automatic fire-fighting installation is designed for two server rooms and includes the following subsystems:

automatic fire alarm installation (AFPS);

Warning and Evacuation Management System (ECMS);

automatic fire extinguishing unit (AUPT);

power supply system.

AUPS is designed to detect a fire in a guarded room, with the output of a fire alarm signal to the security station, actuation of AUPT and EPSS. It operates around the clock .

EPSS is designed to alert people about a fire and indicate escape routes. It operates around the clock.

AUPT is intended for supply to the protected room in the required quantity of gas fire extinguishing composition (SCG) intended for fire extinguishing..

The power supply subsystem is designed to ensure uninterrupted operation of the plant equipment. It operates around the clock.

AUPT shall be performed on the basis of the "ROSA2SL2P" acceptance and control safety and fire-fighting starting device (PPKOPP), as well as modular gas fire extinguishing units MPG 6010040 and MPG 603524.

Use "Khladon125" gas as the gas extinguishing agent.

The instruments shall be installed in room No. 105 in a metal cabinet .

To carry out management of the AUPT, AUPS, SOUE modes through the built-in governing bodies of PPKOPP and the remote controllers of remote start-up (RCRSU).

7. Evacuation Warning and Management System

EPSS shall be performed according to the 2nd type (SP 3.13130.2009 Warning and Control System for People Evacuation in Case of Fire).

EPSS includes:

"Gas leave" light annunciators, install on escape routes inside the protected premises (see equipment layout plans of the main set of drawings);

"Gas do not enter" light annunciators, install before entering the protected room for gas outlet alarm (refer to equipment layout plans of the main set of drawings).

Install Automatic Off annunciators before entering the protected room. Actuation of "Automatic shutdown" annunciator (automatic fire extinguishing disconnection) is performed by opening of process fire alarm loop (opening of doors).

install light-and-sound annunciators on the walls at a height of at least 2.3m. from the floor level, but the distance from the ceiling to the annunciator must be at least 150 mm according to the equipment layout plans of the main set of drawings;

On the door of the premises to be protected install shimmers.

11. Algorithm of fire extinguishing unit operation

In standby mode, "Poc2SL" PPKOPP performs continuous monitoring of fire and signal loops, monitoring and recharging of built-in battery, polling of PDP.

In case of a break or short circuit in the fire or signal SGs, as well as in case of other malfunctions, an intermittent sound signal is turned on, the "State" indicator begins to flash green, the digital indicator therefore shows the numbers of the faulty loops, the "Fault" signal is transmitted to the alarm panel.

To reset the audio signal press "SS RV/INK" button on the front panel of PPKOPP.

To reset the "Fault" state press "RESET/ENTER" button. At that, the sound signal stops, and after elimination of the cause of the failure the PCMD goes into standby mode again.

When one fire detector is activated, the modulated sound signal is turned on in the fire loop, the "State" indicator flashes red, the contacts of the "Warning" relay close. The digit "1" appears on the digital indicator.

When two fire detectors (or ISP) are activated in the loop or when the "Manual Start" notification is received from the CCP, the modulated sound signal (siren) is activated on the PCIP, the "State" indicator is constantly illuminated in red, normally open contacts of the "Fire" relay are closed. The number "1" appears on the digital indicator when the detectors are activated or "3" when the "Manual Start" signal is received, a signal is issued to switch on the external sound and light annunciators, the delay required for evacuation from the people's room, automatic start of the gas turbine engine in the protected room begins to count, and the signal for closing the solenoid valves of the supply and supply ventilation is transmitted through the output relays of the PCventing system.

To reset the audio signal press "SS RV/INK" button on the front panel of PPKOPP.

To reset the "Warning" state, press "RESET/ENTER" button on the front panel of PPKOPP. At that, the sound signal stops, and after elimination of the cause, PPKOPP goes into standby mode again.

If "Warning" or "Fire" state is present, failed loops are not displayed.

Automatic start-up of the GTV can be interrupted by opening the process SW (open the door of the protected room) or from the UDP.

Indication of fire loops status is displayed on the alarm panel (PS) installed at the security station and remote start-up panels (RMP) installed near the front door.

IR sets the current operation mode by pressing "ATS. ON/OFF MODE of the corresponding direction.

The STP sets the STP to automatic start mode in this direction using the key "Touch memory," as well as remote fire extinguishing start in the room using the engine switch on the front panel (installed under the seal);

12. Power supply and grounding of equipment

According to PUE, PS units in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply are classified as electrical receivers of category 1.

Power supply of the plants is provided from an independent AC source, with automatic switching in emergency mode to backup power supply from storage batteries.

To power the AUPT system from board ShchOPS1, via the automatic QF1 switch according to schemes of the main set of drawings.

The battery pack of the power supply must ensure the operation of the automatic fire alarm unit for at least 24 hours in standby mode and for H h in alarm mode.

In case of loss of mains power "Poc2SL" PPKOPP automatically switches to operation from built-in battery providing normal operation for 24 hours in standby mode and for 3 hour in "FIRE" mode according to instrument instruction. PPKOPP consumption current from built-in battery in standby mode is not more than 100 mA.

To ensure the safety of people during the operation of the fire extinguishing unit, provide reliable protective grounding (connection) of the unit in accordance with the PUE and operational documentation for the installed equipment.

The piping of the units shall be grounded (busy).

13. Instructions for installation of equipment

Cable lines shall be installed in accordance with equipment layout diagrams, main set of drawings.

Cable shall be laid in corrugated pipe along walls and ceiling.

Detectors in PS loops are connected "in series." A loop endpoint is installed in the last detector.

Cable routing locations shall be specified during installation.

EPSS trunks shall be made with 1x2x0.75 KPSEngFRLS cable

To execute loops of the fire alarm KPSVVngLS cable 1х2х0.5.

Connect redundant power supplies to 220V mains with 3x1.5 VBGnGLS cable.

In case of parallel laying, the distance between wires and cables of signaling loops and lines with power and lighting wires shall be at least 0.5 m. If it is necessary to lay wires and cables at a distance of less than 0.5 m from power and lighting wires, they shall have protection against aiming. It is allowed to reduce the distance to 0.25 m, without protection from aiming to single power and lighting wires laid openly. At the intersection of wires and cables with pipelines, the distance between them in the light must be at least 50 mm. When laying in parallel, the distance from the wires to the pipelines must be at least 10 mm.

Install MPG cylinders on half. Attach the cylinders to the wall with rigid clamps.

Attach the pipeline to the ceiling with clamps using stud with driven anchor to reinforced concrete floors. The gap between the pipeline and a wall has to make not less than 2 cm. Pipelines and their connections have to provide durability with a pressure equal 1.25rrab, and tightness within 5 min. with a pressure equal Rrab (Rrab - the maximum pressure of GOTV in a vessel under operating conditions).

The installed equipment shall be grounded in accordance with the requirements of its operational documentation and PUE.

Installation, commissioning, testing and commissioning works are carried out in accordance with RD 78.14593 "Systems and complexes of security, fire and fire alarm and acceptance of works" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia 1993.

There are no hidden works to be inspected by the project.
