INSTRUCTIONS FOR MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLATION OF SIGNS 1. Flat sign plates and blocks including safety signs. shall be made of sheet metal with a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm, as well as of plastics or wood, provided that the necessary strength, rigidity and stability are provided under various atmospheric conditions. 2. Signs used in the dark or in conditions of insufficient visibility must be illuminated. All devices providing visibility of signs, plates and blocks in the dark should not change their color, as well as impair their visibility in daylight. 3. Safety signs are installed on the walls of buildings, and on stands 2500 mm high from ground level. During operations with cranes, safety signs on the supports can be installed obliquely for better visibility (viewing) to the driver (crane operator). 4. Fixtures for the attachment of signs, plates and blocks shall be grey. For warning signs, specify the side of the theoretical triangle (excluding the corner round). Corner round radii must be on triangular signs - on the 0.05 side, on square signs - on the 0.04 side. WARNING SIGN COLORING: Equal triangle with yellow rounded corners facing upwards, with a black border 0.05 sides wide and a symbolic black image. BARRING SIGNS: A red circle with a white field inside, a white border along the contour and a symbolic image of black on the inner white field. crossed-out inclined strip at an angle of 45 degrees. The width of the red ring must be 0.09-0.1 outer diameter. and the width of the inclined strip is 0.08 of outer diameter.
