- air flow rate is not more than 1 m/s;

- presence of plenum ventilation.

3. main design solutions

3.1. Local Area Network

3.1.1 The local area network is constructed as a hierarchical structure. The network has star-shaped structure in which a role of "center" of all complex are the Dlink DFL-860E router, the ProCurve 3500yl24GPWR and WiFi HP switchboard a point of a dosup of Dlink DIR-855.

3.1.2 Dlink DFL-860 router - allows you to connect bank terminals to pay with plastic cards through the Internet.

3.1.3. Switch HP ProCurve 3500yl24GPWR - creates a single internal local network without access to the Internet, for the functioning of the restaurant system rkeeper.

3.1.4. WiFi access point Dlink DIR-855 - is installed on each floor (3 pcs in total), for open access to the Internet by restaurant visitors, by means of wifi communication.

3.1.5. All external lines that are planned to be brought into the building to gain access to external resources must be connected to the network equipment installation site.

3.1.6. Each cable shall have a unique marking at both ends. Sockets must also be marked.

3.1.7. Cable routing is performed so that on one side the lines approach each outlet, on the other - they are combined in a cabinet on switching devices according to the drawings.

3.1.8. The design provides for cable wiring for 25 UTP5e connection points.

3.1.8. Wiring is laid behind the suspended ceiling in trays. Descents to the sockets are carried out inside the walls, due to their shaving.

3.1.9. To ensure the safety of people, elements of electrical equipment of the local network must meet the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0. All metal parts of electrical equipment that are not normally energized, but which may be under it, due to failure of insulation, are subject to grounding (earthing). The potentials must be balanced.

Protective grounding (grounding) must be performed in accordance with the "Electrical Installations Design Rules" (PUE, Edition 7, Chapter 1.7), SNiP 3.05.0685 "Electrical Devices," the requirements of GOST 12.1.03081 and technical documentation of manufacturers of components.

The resistance of the grounding device shall be not more than 4 ohms and shall be provided by the customer.

3.2. Restaurant system R-keeper

3.2.1. The rkeeper system allows you to automate all the processes of the restaurant from warehouse accounting and accepting an order, to both its execution and final payment.

3.2.2. The system includes: cash server with software; RKeeper 6100 workstations; Glaive RT 665 15 waiters with Star SP298 printers; Sprint TM200 Ethernet network printers.

3.2.3. The principle of work is to receive an order by a waiter and register it with the help of a waitress station. The Glaive RT 665 waitress station forms an order for cooking and sends an order for one of the Sprint TM200 Ethernet network printers installed in the kitchen.

3.2.4. The Glaive RT 665 waitress station allows you to print a preliminary check, and also creates a report for the RKeeper 6100 workstation, which generates and registers a fax check.

3.2.5. The rkeeper system works through the Enthernet protocol. Therefore, a local area network system based on the HP ProCurve 3500yl24GPWR switch (without Internet access) is designed at the site.

3.3.3. The DVR allows you to record and store an archive from all cameras in 20 days.

3.3.4. The distribution network of the video surveillance system shall be made Cable with coaxial conductor and 2 power conductors of RK 753 grade, 735f + 2HVM0.5.

3.3.5. Wiring is laid behind the suspended ceiling in trays.

3.3.6. Power supply of video surveillance system shall be performed according to reliability category I as per PUE. The project provides the uninterruptible power supply APC SmartUPS 1500VA for DVRs and monitors, as well as a backup power supply for SKAT video cameras - V.16. Both sources are powered by batteries.

3.3.7. According to the load table (see table below), the maximum consumption of the video surveillance system is 150 W. Based on the characteristics of the uninterruptible power supply unit and network loads, the operating time of the system, when the main power supply is disconnected, will be at least 6.5 hours.
