Description of construction conditions - Perm, microdistrict "Proletarsky"
Characteristic of the site - the site is free from development, the relief is flat.
Soil characteristics - vegetation layer, loam.
Groundwater level - 56m.
Climatic conditions - IB construction and climatic area.
Construction method - contracted.
General Contracting Organization - PZSP OJSC.
Annual output per worker - 25200 rubles. (at prices of 1984), 2 million rubles for 2011. c K = 77.0
Temporary water supply - from the existing water supply.
Temporary power supply - from existing power networks.
Transportation - the base of the contracting organization.
Catering - in the temporary dining room.
2. General organization of construction
The main facilities of the complex: station wagons, a residential building, kindergartens .
Auxiliary facilities of the complex: transformer substation, heat station.
Order and sequence of construction:
1st stage: 5-storey 60-apartment residential building, station wagon ;
Turn 2: two kindergartens with 190 seats.
Construction of auxiliary buildings and structures, utilities - parallel to the main facilities. The heat station and transformer substation are built in the II quarter so that they are built to the input of the 1st object.
The construction of the complex is carried out in two periods: preparatory and basic. During the preparatory period, all temporary buildings and structures are carried out, as well as the preparation of the territory. The construction of the main facilities begins after the preparatory period.
Construction Plan Design
The construction master plan has been developed for the main construction period.
The construction plot plan is a construction site plan on which, in addition to the designed and existing buildings and structures, installation mechanisms, temporary buildings, structures and all types of communications serving construction are located.
Installation mechanisms are located on the construction plan in accordance with the installation diagrams at all facilities of the complex.
Administrative and household and warehouse temporary buildings are located outside the hazardous zone of crane operation, on vacant sites that are not intended for development.
For warehousing of building materials, structures and products, additional warehouses and canopies are provided.
A control room with a security room is located at the entrance to the construction site. Canopies are located in the crane area.
Temporary networks of water and power supply to administrative premises are laid along the shortest path from existing or designed built engineering networks.
For fire protection, two fire hydrants are provided on temporary water supply networks.
For temporary power supply of construction, the construction of a transformer substation is provided, which is connected to the existing electrical network.
Security lighting is provided by spotlights located along the perimeter of the construction site, installed on pillars.
The construction site is fenced by a temporary inventory fence with a gate for the entry and exit of vehicles.
Installation of prefabricated structures of the above-ground part of a 5-storey residential building shall be carried out with a KB100 tower crane; drive kindergartens with caterpillar crane KS4671; heat point by car crane KS35714.
When designing the construction plan, the following requirements are met:

Environmental protection measures are aimed at preserving plantations and natural reservoirs, the use of cut vegetation for land improvement and reclamation, and the export of construction waste for recycling.
