Draft design (part of the AR) made for the construction of an individual residential building in Perm

- total area of premises  - 270,56 m2

- living area                - 180,31 m2

Design solutions:

Foundations:

 - precast concrete (general model, for development in the CD section)

Walls of the house:

 - external thickness of 590 mm - foam concrete D400 (400 mm), insulation (100 mm), exterior decoration with decorative stone (70 mm) and internal plaster (20 mm).

 - external thickness of 540 mm - foam concrete D400 (400 mm), insulation (100 mm), external and internal plaster (20 mm each).

 - internal thickness of 340 mm - foam concrete D400 (300 mm), with plastering on 2 sides (20 mm on each side).

Partitions:

 - aerated concrete, 240 mm thick with plastering on 2 sides (20 mm on each side).

Slab:

- precast concrete with monolithic sections  (general model, for development in the SECTION OF THE CD)

Attic:

 - None.

Covering:

- precast concrete with monolithic sections (general model, for development in the SECTION OF THE CD)

Roof:

- flat, exploitable.
