4. Calculation and selection of equipment

4.1. Maintenance Methods and P. Composition of Production Area.

The equipment is predetermined by the purpose of the RMM, the accepted process and the repair method.

RMM is designed for routine repair of machines and equipment, their units and units; overhaul of some simple units; for execution of all orders of PTO, workshops and production areas of the plant for repair and manufacture of parts, manufacture of accessories and tools.

RMM includes an external washing station with treatment facilities; machines and equipment maintenance posts; production areas: aggregate, locksmith; forge-welding, mednitskozhestyanitsky, current repair of engines, repair of fuel equipment, hydraulic equipment, auto-tractor electrical equipment, accumulators, units and units of Lower Warehouse equipment, power electrical equipment; polymer coatings and gluing of parts; tooling and distribution pantry; warehouse of spare parts and units of the revolving fund; paved platform and service rooms. Stations and production areas of RMM are equipped with equipment, devices, tools and organizational tools according to standard designs. In addition to this, the following measures are recommended for mechanization of repair processes in RMM:

1. Use of all kinds of lifting vehicles (telfers, monorails, crane beams, etc.) in all sections of the workshop.

2. Equipment for disassembly by means of small mechanization (accessories, extractors, mechanized tools, presses and other equipment). Use of tools (stands, trolleys, etc.) that facilitate and accelerate the assembly of units, assemblies, machines (engines, gearboxes, on-board friction clutches, rear axles, oil and fuel pumps, etc.).

3. Development and application of benches (automatic) for running-in and testing of units and the whole machine (engine, gearboxes, rear axles, oil, fuel pumps, etc.).

4. Use of small mechanization tools for complex maintenance in the workshop (lubrication of joints, measurement of the technical condition of the unit, without disassembly, measurement of plays, compression, etc.).

5. Application of universal machine tools (for turning, boring, grinding, milling and other machines).

6. Application where it is possible, more difficult means of mechanization (live rolls, conveyors, conveyors, etc.).

However, the use of a stand should be economically feasible. Therefore, when using new mechanization tools and various devices, it is necessary to determine the feasibility of their implementation, for which first of all a calculation of economic efficiency should be made, and if this is not possible, an assessment should be made in terms of facilitating the work of workers or improving the quality of products.

7. Environmental protection

In RMM, harmful substances, solid waste, suspended substances are released in all areas during the repair and maintenance of cars and aggregate equipment.

Harmful substances are isolated during work: Compound of manganese, silicon, chromium oxide, nitrogen, sulfur, alkali, salt, carbon black, etc.

At the outdoor washing station, when cleaning cars, suspended substances, petroleum products, alkalis, synthetic detergents, fat, formaldehyde, turpentine are distinguished.

In all types of work, atmospheric air, ground and surface waters, and the lithosphere are contaminated.

To protect the environment, it is necessary to create a closed water supply system, with internal cleaning, as well as the creation of an inflow and honed ventilation system.
