This work considers the washing area of ​ ​ OJSC Gomel Plant of Machine Assemblies, in which we make calculations and introduce more modern and comfortable equipment. Introduction

Increasing the productivity and efficiency of the use of road transport rolling stock depends to a large extent on the level of development and conditions for the operation of the production and technical base of the road transport enterprise, the main task of which is to ensure the required level of technical readiness of the rolling stock.

The development and improvement of the production and technical base of road transport enterprises should meet the modern requirements of scientific and technological progress. In solving the problems of studying production and technical bases, bringing it into line with the requirements of dynamically developing road transport, the issues of improving the design of the enterprise occupy an important place.

Road transport is quite convenient compared to other modes of transport. It has great maneuverability, good cross-country ability and adaptability to various conditions. The production service plays a significant role in many complex tasks. The automotive industry is systematically working to improve production technologies and improve rolling stock structures.

Considering that the growth of labor productivity depends on the level of mechanization and automation of production processes, therefore, one of the main tasks is to maximize the equipment of each workplace, post with a complex of technological equipment, tools and devices.

In order to maintain high technical readiness of rolling stock, ensure its operability during the established operating time, it is necessary to widely use the means of technological diagnostics, to mechanize production areas and maintenance areas as much as possible (Maintenance), maintenance (TR) of cars, equip them with lifting and transportation mechanisms and control devices, as well as actively and quickly improve the technology of maintenance, TR and production control, create the required production and sanitary and hygienic working conditions for drivers and repair workers. Carrying out the above and other technical and organizational measures helps to increase the production capacity of the enterprise, increase labor productivity during maintenance and repair of rolling stock, and ensures reduction of labor and material costs.

Therefore, the purpose of my diploma project is the reconstruction of the washing zone of OJSC Gomel Plant of Machine-Tool Units. General Section

1.1 Short description of the road transport organization

and prospects for its development

The open joint-stock company OJSC Gomel Plant of Machine Assemblies is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus and is based on the state form of ownership.

In 2010, Gomel Machine Assembly Plant was transformed into an open joint-stock company of Gomel Machine Assembly Plant OJSC.

The structure of the organization includes six main workshops, seven auxiliary workshops, a washing zone, twenty-two departments and seven independent bureaus. The social sphere is represented by the following subdivisions: a housing operation site, a canteen, a utility farm, a first-aid post, and a health camp for children.

The main consumers of the plant's products are organizations of the oil and gas industry of the Russian Federation, energy organizations, Russian Railways OJSC, as well as machine-gun organizations and the defense complex, large organizations of the Republic of Belarus (Minsk Automobile Plant, Minsk Tractor Plant, Belarusian Railway).

The highest level of management is the director of the organization, the next level of management includes the chief engineer and three deputy directors .

The goal of the Gomel Machine Assembly Plant is to produce and sell high-quality and competitive products that satisfy the request of the most demanding consumers.

1.2 Feasibility study of the diploma project

Currently, the following drawbacks are identified in the washing zone:

- lack of highly efficient equipment;

- high labor intensity of works;

- high cost of work.

Due to the equipment that has work on washing cars in the area, it takes a significant time.

After analyzing the operation of the car washing zone, I conclude the need for reconstruction, which will allow more effective compliance with the requirements of the car washing process; reduce labor intensity and cost of work; Improve quality; to obtain the economic effect of the reconstruction of the car washing zone.
