Introduction

This work was carried out by ProektRemStroy LLC as part of contract No. 26/604/2010/125RSU/10 dated May 31, 2010 "Reconstruction of MTS No. 1 section of the heat network from 4K14 to 4K15 on the street. Kuratova, sections of the heat network from 1K4 to 1K5 and from 1K101 to 1K1K1013 partisans in on the street.

In accordance with this Project of the Construction Organization ("PIC"), reconstruction work is being carried out on the section of the thermal network from the existing 1K4 chamber to the existing 1K5 chamber along the Red Partisans in Syktyvkare.

The basis for the design is:

- Design assignment (Appendix to contract No. 26/604/2010/125DCS/10 dated May 31, 2010);

- Act of inspection of the facility from 27.08.2008, drawn up by the service for diagnostics and control of heat networks and the district of heat networks of Syktyvkar heat networks .

3. Assessment of transport infrastructure development

Work on the reconstruction of the heat network section from chamber 1K4 to chamber 1K5 along the Red Partisans Street is carried out on the territory in Syktyvkare. with a developed road network. Delivery of cargo to the places of reconstruction is carried out by vehicles of the general contractor .

Prior to the commencement of construction and installation works, the organization of road traffic on existing roads adjacent to the work area should be developed in the Work Execution Project and agreed with the local authorities of the HBDD.

4. Justification of the adopted organizational and technological scheme

4.1. The planned construction includes the work of the preparatory and main periods.

• Preparation of the construction site is carried out in the preparatory period;

• In the main period it is planned to perform all works related to re-construction of thermal network T1 and T2.

4.2. Before starting work, call representatives of the owners of intersected communications to clarify the location of networks.

4.3. In the preparatory period, a set of site preparation works should be performed:

- install fencing from profiled sheet;

- install signal red tape;

- install red signal lights;

- install temporary road signs;

- laying of temporary road slabs.

3. List of attraction activities for

CONSTRUCTION OF QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS

The use of the shift construction method is not planned. Workers will be delivered to the place of work in the buses of the general contractor. The general contractor shall be equipped with qualified specialists.

To work on the construction site, workers who have permanent registration at the place of residence in Krasnoturinsk will be involved. If the general contractor attracts nonresident workers, they must be placed in dormitories and hotels in the city.

The general contractor must organize the transportation of workers for lunch in a bus on duty or conclude an agreement with a catering enterprise for the delivery of lunches in thermos and disposable utensils. Cooking and washing of dishes at the construction site are excluded.

4. Justification of the adopted organizational and technological scheme

4.1. The planned construction includes the work of the preparatory and main periods.

• Preparation of the construction site is carried out in the preparatory period;

• In the main period it is planned to perform all works related to re-construction of thermal network T1 and T2.

4.2. Prior to the commencement of work, the general contractor shall develop the PPR and coordinate it with all interested authorities, including enterprises serving the networks located in the construction area.

4.3. In the preparatory period, a set of site preparation works should be performed:

- install fencing from profiled sheet;

- install signal red tape;

- install red signal lights;

- install temporary road signs;

- lay temporary road slabs.

4.4. Operations of the main period for reconstruction of heating networks in the area from 1K4 to 1K5 should be carried out with 2 grips:

- reconstruction of the heat network section from chamber 1K4 to the middle of the intersection st. Red partisans with Oktyabrsky Prospekt;

- reconstruction of the heat network section from the middle of the intersection st. Red partisans with Oktyabrsky Prospekt to 1K5.

4.5. Works of the main period are divided into 2 works:

1st complex - dismantling works with soil development;

2nd complex - replacing trays, laying new pipes, insulation work, landscaping.

4.6. Works included in the 1st complex:

- asphalt removal;

- soil development up to flooring trays;

- removal of floor trays;

- dismantling of existing metal pipes;

- removal of damaged trays of the base;

-Aligns the base under the trays.

4.7. Works included in the 2nd complex:

- restoration of reinforced concrete trays of the base;

- installation of new pipes with insulation works;

- installation of reinforced concrete trays of channel covering;

- waterproofing;

- drainage device

- backfilling with incompressible soil with layer-by-layer compaction;

- laying of crushed stone base under the road;

- asphalting the road;

- lawn restoration;

- restoration of the side stone.

4.8. Upon completion of all works, the reconstructed T1 and T2 network is subject to delivery of the acceptance commission in accordance with the established procedure with execution of relevant acts.

6. Methods of works execution

6.1. The trench is developed by a wheeled excavator EO3322A (reverse shovel with a tank. ladle 0.5m.kub.). Soil development shall be carried out in tiers of 1, 0m with from-slopes (slope of slopes on the construction plan is accepted 1: 0.25, specify in the PPR). Develop soil in a dump.

6.2. Remove and install existing reinforced concrete covers on trays using KS4572 crane (with lifting capacity of 16t with telescopic boom with length of 9.7... 21, 7m).

6.3. Installation and removal of pipelines shall be performed by specialized installation organizations, at the same time installation technology shall ensure high operational reliability of pipelines operation.

6.4. Details, elements of pipelines (compensators, the isolated pipes and also nodes of pipelines and other products) have to be made centrally (industrially, shops, workshops) according to standards, specifications and the project documentation.

6.5. Dismantling and laying of pipelines in a trench, channel or on above-ground structures should be carried out with KS4572 crane (with a lifting capacity of 16t with a telescopic boom with a length of 9.7... 21, 7m) using a beam crossbar and slings. Avoid the occurrence of residual deformations in pipelines, violation of the integrity of the anti-corrosion coating and thermal insulation by using appropriate mounting devices, correct arrangement of simultaneously operating lifting machines and mechanisms.

Design of mounting devices attachment to pipes shall ensure safety of piping coating and insulation.

6.6. During piping installation the movable supports shall be shifted relative to the design position by the distance specified in the working drawings to the side opposite to the pipeline movement in the operating state.

In the absence of data in the working drawings, the movable supports shall be displaced taking into account the correction for the outside air temperature during installation by the following values:

sliding supports - half the thermal extension of the pipeline at the attachment point;

6.7. Piping fittings shall be installed in closed condition. Flange and welded joints of valves shall be made without interference of pipelines.

The deviation from the perpendicular plane of the flange welded to the pipe with respect to the pipe axis shall not exceed 1% of the outer diameter of the flange, but shall not exceed 2 mm at the top of the flange.

6.10. Bellows compensators shall be assembled.

6.11. Immediately before assembly and welding of pipes it is necessary to perform visual inspection of each section for absence of foreign objects and debris in the pipeline.

6.12. Deviation of pipeline slope from design one is allowed by 0.0005 value. In this case, the actual slope must be at least the minimum permissible according to SNiP IIG.10-73 * (II3673 *).

Movable pipe supports shall be adjacent to supporting surfaces of structures without clearance and skew.

6.13. When performing installation works, the following types of hidden works are subject to acceptance with the preparation of inspection certificates according to the form given in SNiP 3.01.0185: preparation of the surface of pipes and welded joints for anti-corrosion coating; anti-corrosion coating of pipes and welded joints.

The act on extension of compensators should be drawn up in the form given in mandatory annex 1.

6.14. Protection of thermal networks against electrochemical corrosion shall be performed in accordance with the Instruction on protection of thermal networks against electrochemical corrosion.

6.15. Welders are allowed to tack and weld pipelines if there are documents for the right to perform welding operations in accordance with the Rules for certification of welders.

6.16. Before admission to work on welding of joints of pipelines, the welder must weld the tolerance joint in production conditions in the following cases:

at interruption of operation more than 6 months;

welding of pipelines with change of group of steel, welding materials, technology or welding equipment.

6.17. Before assembly and welding it is necessary to remove end plugs, grind edges to pure metal and adjacent internal and external surfaces of pipes to a width of not less than 10 mm.

6.18. Welding methods, as well as types, structural elements and dimensions of welded joints of steel pipelines shall comply with GOST 1603780.

6.19. Assembly of pipe joints for welding shall be performed using mounting alignment devices.

Smooth dents at pipe ends can be edited for piping if their depth does not exceed 3.5% of the pipe diameter. Sections of pipes with dents of greater depth or having cuts should be cut. The ends of pipes with nicks or bevels with a depth of 5 to 10 mm should be trimmed or corrected by surfacing.

6.21. Before welding of pipelines, each batch of welding materials (electrodes, welding wire, fluxes, protective gases) and pipes shall be subjected to input inspection:

For the existence of a certificate with verification of the completeness of the data given in it and their compliance with the requirements of state standards or technical specifications;

the presence on each box or other package of an appropriate label or tag verifying the data on it;

no damage (damage) to the package or the materials themselves. If damage is detected, the possibility of using these welding materials must be resolved by the welding organization;

for process properties of electrodes in accordance with GOST 946675 or departmental regulatory documents approved in accordance with SNiP 1.01.0283.

7. Welding Quality Control

7.1. Quality control of welding works and welded joints of pipelines should be performed by:

serviceability check of welding equipment and measuring instruments, quality of applied materials;

operational inspection during piping assembly and welding;

external inspection of welded joints and measurements of dimensions of joints;

checking the continuity of joints by non-destructive methods of testing - radiographic (X-ray or gamma-ray) or ultrasonic inspection.

7.2. During the operational quality control of welded joints of steel pipelines, it is necessary to check compliance with the standards of structural elements and dimensions of welded joints (blunting and grinding of edges, the amount of gaps between edges, the width and reinforcement of the weld), as well as the welding technology and mode, the quality of welding materials, tacking and welding.

7.3. All welds shall be externally inspected and measured.

Pipe joints welded without lining ring with weld root welding are subjected to external inspection and measurement of weld dimensions outside and inside the pipe, in other cases - only outside. Prior to inspection, the weld and adjacent pipe surfaces shall be cleaned of slag, splashes of molten metal, scale and other contaminants for a width of at least 20 mm (on both sides of the weld).

Results of external inspection and measurement of welded joints shall be considered satisfactory if:

There are no cracks of any size and direction in the seam and adjacent area, as well as undercuts, surges, burning, independent craters and fistula;

dimensions of nonroar, concavity and overmolding in butt joint seam root.

Joints that do not meet the listed requirements shall be fixed or removed.
