The design is based on Specification No. ________ issued by _______.

The project provides for the laying of the thermal network on the street. Anokhina from Du200 to Du400 on the section from TK 124 to TK 242 (through TK 241). Existing pipelines and construction structures of the heat network in the reconstructed area are dismantled.

Temperature plot of the heat network 11070 ° С. Coolant pressure in supply pipeline is 5.6 kgf/cm2, in return pipeline - 5.0 kgf/cm2. Pipelines are made of steel electric welded straight-joint pipes Ø426x8 mm. The type of gasket is underground, in impassable tray reinforced concrete channels with an inner section of 1580x900 (h). Compensation for thermal elongation of heat network pipelines is provided using U-shaped compensators. Installation bracing of compensators is not required.

When installing, strictly observe the slope of trays and pipelines. All pipelines shall be coated with thermal insulation (anticorrosive layer - EP56 enamel in three layers according to EP0010 flooring in two layers, the main layer - mineral wool piercing mats GOST 2188086, the cover layer - fiberglass roll type PCTA). The thickness of the heat insulation layer on the supply and return pipelines is 80 mm. Insulation of welded and flange joints shall be performed after performance of pipeline strength and tightness tests. The depth of existing utilities and design marks should be clarified after the start of earthworks.

The project provides for the reconstruction of TC 124, TC 241 and TC 242 (expansion is provided for TC 124 and TC 242). Convert the network heat network pipelines to existing buildings. Replace the fittings.

The category of the designed pipeline is IV.

Installation, adjustment, hydraulic tests, commissioning of the heating line, as well as organization, production and acceptance of works shall be performed in accordance with the existing SNiP.
