Site Plot Plan
Horizontal layout is made according to SP 42.13.2011 "Urban planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements "
The relief is organized by the method of design elevations with the creation of slopes from the walls of the building and in accordance with existing building conditions. Open removal of surface water is carried out along asphalt concrete surface of the site outside the site. Removal of a fertile layer of soil during the planning of the territory is not provided.
A pavement is arranged around the perimeter of the building.
The building snaps to the red line.
Landscaping of the site is provided. A lawn of perennial grasses is planted on the area:
- meadow mint;
- hedgehog team;
- meadow oatmeal;
There are also spruce and birch trees aged seven to nine years.
The building is connected to the existing city utility networks in accordance with the consolidated utility plan.
Space planning solutions
Production building of the repair and maintenance complex of RAPO with a fleet of 600 tractors
The most important requirements for the design of buildings are ensuring the correct ratio of the areas of the main and auxiliary rooms, in accordance with their functional purpose and relationships. As studies and practice have shown, deviation from these requirements leads to discomfort and makes it difficult to conduct work. The layout of working rooms determines their functional purpose, the composition and placement of furniture, the creation of free space for movement, aesthetic requirements, a modular coordination system of parameters and communication with neighboring rooms. The expedient use of the area and the solution of functional and architectural-artistic problems largely depends on the proportion of the room in the plan, that is, on the ratio of width and depth.
One of the conditions of a space-planning solution is communication with neighboring rooms, which is carried out using vertical and horizontal communications.
The building is equipped with the main entrance .
The movement of the human flow to the staircase is rectilinear, the doors open outward along the evacuation route. Evacuation is carried out through the main and spare entrances of the building.
The building has a production and administrative part. Dimensions in axes: width 49.5 m, length 84.3 m. Height from zero level to parapet 7.2 m.
Column spacing 6 m. Span width 18 m. Number of spans 2.
Architectural and artistic solutions
The external surfaces of the walls are made of ceramic concrete panels of factory manufacture.
External finishing - in agreement with the manufacturer; the base is painted with silicate paint in dark color. Brick seals are plastered with cement mortar.
Interior decoration - plaster, painting, lining with glazed tiles.
See Sheet A1 for floor explication.
For space explication, see Sheet A1.
For a specification of windows and doors, see Sheet A2.
Design Solutions
The structural system of the building is a frame with small-panel non-bearing walls. The production part uses monolithic glass-type foundations according to the series 1.4121, fig.12, in the administrative part of the building - glass-type foundations according to the series 1.090. Foundation depth -3.300m and 2.890 m.
The walls of the 1.0901 series are internal with a thickness of 120 mm, external 300 mm.
Precast reinforced concrete foundation beams according to 1.4151 series, Fig.1. are used .
The partitions are made of brickwork with a thickness of 180mm. Slabs in this base are prefabricated reinforced concrete with round voids, assembled on one side according to the 1.4657 series. Floors are used from concrete of conventional and acid-resistant ceramic tiles, linoleum.
The windows of this building are wooden according to GOST 1250681, GOST 1121484, wooden doors according to GOST 1462484, series 1.136, 10.
The flat roof is covered with the Technoelast Thermo roll material, the spatial rigidity of the building is achieved due to the rigidity diaphragm, as well as the joint work of the floors and walls. The internal watershed of the building is organized.
Engineering equipment
Water supply - combined: production, utility, fire fighting; head at the input of 15.61 meters of water column.
Sewerage - separate: economic-fecal and production (after neutralization to the external network)
Heating - water with parameters 150700 from external source.
Ventilation - plenum with a mechanical impulse.
Hot water supply - for household needs, centralized from external networks.
Power supply - from built-in transformer substation voltage 10/0.4-0.23 kV.
Electric lighting - fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps.
Low-current devices - telephone communication, fire alarm, radio.
