Introduction

Modern typical buildings and structures differ from their predecessors in that they are unified - prepared for construction by the method of the construction industry.

The following requirements are imposed on industrial buildings: functional, technological, economic and architectural - aesthetic. Modern aspects of industrial construction include the technological aspect, the construction aspect and the urban planning aspect. The main factor determining the solution of an industrial building is the technological process carried out in the building. It defines the dimensions, the shape used in the structure building, the engineering and transportation equipment used, etc. Also, space-planning and structural solutions of industrial buildings, in addition to the technology of the production process, are influenced by its internal environment, i.e. its physical and technological aspect, which considers both the air internal environment in general and its light, temperature-humidity and noise modes in particular. Industrial buildings have several main groups of classifications. First of all, industrial buildings are classified by industry. Industrial enterprises within the industry have a homogeneous economic purpose of products, the nature of the technological process, the type of processed raw materials, etc. Large industries (for example, mechanical engineering) are divided into smaller ones (for mechanical engineering - automotive, tractor engineering, etc.) Industrial buildings, regardless of industry, are divided into 4 main groups in accordance with their functional purpose, namely: production (main workshops), energy (CHP, substations, etc.), transport and storage (garages, warehouses, etc.) and auxiliary (ABC).

Process Description

The workshop is designed for processing large parts and products.

The spans of the workshop are equipped with heavy-duty bridge cranes. The main equipment of the workshop are heavy steam hammers from 3 to 5 tons and heating furnaces.

The temperature mode in the workshop is normal, average temperature +12˚S, standard difference for walls (in the lower zone) and coatings 8˚S. The workshop has gas hazards emitted by furnaces and dust. To ensure good natural ventilation and normal illumination, a light-aeration lamp is arranged in the building in each span. Lighting is calculated for medium-precision operation.

The workshop works in two shifts. According to the sanitary characteristics of the production processes, those working in the workshop belong to group II b.

Volumetric planning solutions

Planning solutions are based on a single modular system. The choice of space-planning solutions, its structure and geometric dimensions, parameters of the column grid of the designed buildings is determined by the dimensions of the building.

The dimensions of the building are 109.85 x 50.1 m .

1 span 49 m wide, 24 m long, the pitch of the columns is 12 m.

2 span 49 m wide, 36 m long, the pitch of the columns is 12 m.

3 span 49 m wide, 48 m long, the pitch of the columns is 12 m.

To move parts inside the workshop, bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of 30 tons are used. The span-type building: technological processes are directed along the spans and are serviced by bridge cranes. This industrial building is designed according to the framework system formed by posts (columns) and girders (trusses). Dimensions in the span plan are taken as 24 m.

To ensure good natural ventilation and normal illumination, a light-aeration lamp is arranged in the building in each span.

Master Plan

The territory of this industrial enterprise is divided into 2 zones:

pre-plant zone, which includes buildings designed to accommodate administrative and management institutions, parking for transport, pre-plant sites.

production zone, it includes a production workshop. For landscaping of the territory of the enterprise, planting of shrubs, trees, lawns and flower beds is provided.

Roads at a paved enterprise 6 m wide.

Technical and economic indicators.

The area is 38800 m2.

The building area for buildings and structures is 7392 m2.

Number of buildings - 2 pcs.

The area of landscaping is 28213.4 m2.

The area of roads, pavements, sidewalks is 3194.6 m2.

The building rate is 19.1%.

The greening coefficient is 72.7%.

The tiling coefficient is 8.2%.

Architectural and compositional solution

The architectural and compositional solution is mainly reflected in the appearance of buildings. In this course work, horizontal division of the facade is used, which is due to the use of curtain walls from typical large panels 6 m long, as well as the device of tape light openings that give the composition a dynamic character.

The color of the building, its texture and lighting also play an important role. Since the construction site is the city of Chelyabinsk, it was decided to perform the building in warm beige tones, which allows you to fit into the composition of existing buildings.
