Introduction

The chief architect, Prokofieva Maria Vyacheslav eslavovna, received a technical assignment from the GLAVSTROY company.

In connection with the development of industry in Yaroslavl, the customer became necessary to build a workshop of wooden structures.

The technical assignment provides the following engineering support for the building: cold centralized water supply, hot water supply, sewerage, drains, central heating, natural and forced ventilation. Power supply, low-current devices, including: telephone communication, fire and security alarms.

The workshop provides: warehouse, drying of lumber; separation of cutting, sorting; separation of components; separation of carpentry products; separation of large structures.

This course project "Wood Structures Workshop" is performed in accordance with the design assignment. The project develops architectural, structural solutions of the industrial building taking into account the setting of dimensions, materials, target orientation, construction area and basic regulatory requirements. The purpose of the project is to obtain architectural design skills using the example of space planning and structural solutions of an industrial building.

The plot plan of the area of the designed industrial building was developed on the basis of the task for the project. In addition to the workshop of wooden structures on the territory of the site there are: the primary wood cutting workshop, the wooden pair workshop, the warehouse and exhibition of finished products, the office of the plant, ABK .

The predominant wind direction for the winter is south-west, for summer - north-west.

There are four entrances to the closed territory of the enterprise, one of which is for fire engines, one for transport vehicles two for public use.

An intra-plant road was designed on the site, providing access to all production premises. There is a parking lot for vehicles, sidewalks for pedestrians, a recreation area for workers.

In accordance with SP 50.13330.2012 Yaroslavl is located in the second climatic area, in the normal humidity zone.

Volumetric planning solution:

The workshop of wooden structures is designed one-story in a mixed frame. The building has one "transverse" span and two "longitudinal" spans. In plan, it has dimensions in axes 78.5x48 m. In a span with a height of 8.4m, a suspension crane with a lifting capacity of 3t is provided, and in two other (longitudinal) spans with a height of 10.2 m, two support and bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of 10t are provided. The pitch of the extreme columns is 6 m, the pitch of the average columns is 12 m.

In the covers of longitudinal spans there are light-aeration lights 12 m wide and 48 m long.

A deformation seam 500 mm wide with an insert between the columns is provided at the points of height difference.

At an elevation of 3.600 m. A platform for the repair of cranes is provided in longitudinal spans.

The designed building belongs to category 1B. The distance from the most remote workplace to the outside is not more than 100 m. (according to SNiP 210197 *)

The building has a gate 3.6X4.2 long to allow goods transport

There is an exit to the roof along the external fire stairs. The stairs are steel, vertical, 0.6 m wide. Also, the stairs are installed at the point of height difference and on the cover of the canopy.

Columns have a zero reference.

Structural solutions of the production building

The workshop of wooden structures is designed in a mixed frame. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is provided in the transverse direction by a horizontal crossbar, and in a longitudinal-rigid coating disk and vertical connections. Vertical links are installed in the center of temperature unit. Between columns with pitch of 6 m are made cross .

Foundations - reinforced concrete, cup type. The depth of laying is taken based on the depth of seasonal freezing of the soil and the type of columns.

Columns - reinforced concrete in horizontal 800x400mm, in vertical workshops 400x400mm .

Fachwerk columns - pristine columns of fachwerk reinforced concrete 300x300mm. End frames - box section.

The bearing structures of the coating are metal rafters with a span of 24m and 18m. Metal tuning trusses with a span of 12 m.

The roof is low-slope, with waterproofing of three layers of folgoisole. Mineral plates are used as insulation.

External walls - prefabricated three-layer reinforced concrete with a thickness of 220 mm.

-silicon ceramic concrete layer 50mm,

-layer insulation from polystyrene foam 100mm ,

- concrete layer on gravel and crushed stone 70mm

The panels have a length of 1.2 to 6 meters, a height of 1200 to 1800 mm .

Lanterns - light-aeration lanterns 12 meters wide, 48 meters long.

Floors - with a continuous asphalt concrete surface.
