PPR. Transportation of transformer TDTN-25000/220/35/10-UHL1

1.1 PPR for loading and unloading of transformer TDTN-125000/ 220/35/10 is developed on the basis of RD 16,363-87. 1.2 The transformer is transported from the point of loading to the point of unloading on the VhMZAP 706000 autotrailer. 1.3 Loading of transformer on autotrailer is performed by bridge crane, sling diagram according to manufacturer's requirements. 1.4 TDTN-125000/ 220/35/10 transformer fasteners on the autotrailer are made in accordance with the factory drawing "Attachment diagram." 1.5 After transportation, the transformer is unloaded to the sleeper stand of temporary storage. 1.6 Hydraulic pushers are used to move the transformer along the sleeper stand where the rails are installed. The number of rails installed along the length of the sleeper stand should be 3 pcs. 1.7 The overall data of the transformer TDTN-25000/ 220/35/10 - length - 7560 mm - width - 2760 mm - height - 3770 mm - transport mass -95 tons 1.8 In places of the sleeper stand device, make surface layout or fill with gravel-sand mixture. 1.9 Prior to commencement of work, each employee shall be instructed at the workplace and familiarized with this project under signature. 1.10 All works shall be carried out strictly in the presence of the manager (engineering and technical worker responsible for safe performance of works).
