1. Area and construction area data. Characteristics of the site, urban planning and natural conditions.

A plot of 24.3 hectares allocated for the construction of the Pig Fattening Farm of the Pig Breeding Complex with a completed production cycle of 270 thousand pigs per year is located in the area of ​ ​ the village. Sturm of the Krasnogvardeisky district of the Stavropol Territory.

The location of the site is in the southern part of the Samara region. ~ 14 km to the south-west of the river. Krasnoarmeyskoye and ~ 2.5 km north-west of the village of Kirovsky, on the left side of the road in the direction of the village of Kirovsky, Krasnoarmeysky district, Samara region.

The construction site belongs to the IIIB climatic area.

The relief of the plot is flat.

The average annual rainfall is 500mm.

The highest temperature in July is up to + 43 ° С, in January up to 32 ° С.

The predominant winds are east and west.

Rated winter air temperature for heating - 39so.

The normative depth of seasonal freezing of soils is 0.8 m.

Engineering, geodetic and geotechnical conclusion on the construction site was drawn up by Stavropol TISIZ OJSC from 2008.

The arrangement of the topography of the site is designed in connection with the adjacent territory, taking into account the implementation of normal removal of atmospheric water and the optimal height of the binding of buildings.

6. Basic architectural and planning solutions.

The pig fattening farm of the Pig Breeding Complex with a completed cycle of 270 thousand pigs per year in the Krasnogvardeisky district of the Stavropol Territory is a complex of production buildings with a sanitary passageway interconnected by a transitional gallery, again erected, located on a territory free from any buildings. Space-planning solutions are dictated by the conditions of the technology and the requirements of SNiP 2.10.0384, SNiP 31032001, SNiP 2.09.0487 *. The location of auxiliary buildings and structures located on the site of the complex is also accepted based on the condition of supporting technological processes.

The passage to the complex is carried out through the building of the sanitary passageway, the passage of cars - through the desblock .

Production buildings of the pig complex (8 buildings) - one-story two-span heated with plan sizes of 25.0x186.0m; with a total area of ​ ​ 36828.0m ², 2.7m high to the bottom of rafters. The roof of the building is gable, with an unorganized external drain. Buildings according to the conditions of the technology are divided into sections for animals. Domestic premises are located in the building of the sanitary passageway.

Transitional galleries of the complex, serving for the passage of personnel and the run of animals, not heated with a total area of ​ ​ 615.7m2. The coating of the galleries is single-pitched with an unorganized external drain.

The building of the sanitary inspection room on 30 people and other auxiliary buildings and constructions of a pig-breeding complex are carried out according to standard projects (passports of standard projects are attached in the section TH see volume S/0702.P4.4TH).

Color solution of facades of production buildings:

Roof - VentallK sandwich panels green (RAL 6011), walls - VentallC3 sandwich panels white (RAL 9003), base - mashing and painting with facade acrylic paint yellow (RAL 1015), shaped elements, doors - yellow (RAL 15)

Color solution of transition galleries:

The roof is the pro-thinned-out sheet H60 in accordance with GOST 2404594 color green (RAL 6011), walls - the pro-thinned-out sheet C10 in accordance with GOST 2404594 color white (RAL 9003), a socle - a finish and coloring by front acrylic paint color yellow (RAL 1015).

7. Basic design solutions.

The designs are designed for the following conditions:

standard wind load for the III wind area - 0.38 kPa (38 kgf/m ²);

design snow load for the II snow area - 1.2 kPa (120 kgf/m ²);

average monthly January temperature t = -5 ° C;

average monthly July temperature t = + 25 ° C.

For the relative elevation of 0.000, the elevation of the top of the slotted floor plates of production buildings corresponding to the absolute elevations indicated in the GP drawings is taken.

According to the preliminary geological report of OJSC STAVROPOLTISIZ dated 2008. at the base of the foundations at depths of 1.7-3.8 m. heavy hard and refractory loams of the 1st degree of leakage with a capacity of 1.2-3.3 m lie. In the lower layers lie light loams and clays from semi-solid to refractory consistency. Underground water is opened by wells at depths of 3.05.1m (abs. 69.5866.56m), taking into account the seasonal rise to 1.0m, the groundwater level can reach depths of 2.04.1m (abs. 78,070,6 m). The normative depth of seasonal freezing of soils is 0.8 m.

Due to the leakage of layers of soils lying in the upper zone, the foundations for all buildings are accepted as piles from reinforced concrete driven or bored piles with a complete slit of sedimentary layers. Pedestals - columnar monolithic railway Monolithic foundation beams, which are a basement, are arranged under the external walls.

Bearing structures of production buildings and transition galleries are designed with frame, frame-link double-span welded structures (see volume S/0702.P4.5-AS). In order to increase the fire resistance of columns in production buildings up to 0.75 h. (III degree of fire resistance) apply an intumescent fire-retardant steel coating VPM2 as per GOST 1638885 *. The trusses rest on the columns - hinged, the joints of the columns with the foundations - rigid in the plane and from the plane of 25 meter single-span frames.

Enclosing structures of walls of industrial buildings are designed from sendvichpanely "Ventall-C3", transitional galleries - monolithic can and the pro-thinned-out sheet C10 in accordance with GOST 2404594.

Roof of production buildings - non-exploitable gable with a slope of 10%. Coating - Ventallk sandwich panels. The covering of transitional galleries is the pro-thinned-out sheet H60 in accordance with GOST 2404594 .

In production buildings in the premises for keeping animals, set ceilings from profiled sheet C10 are provided as per GOST 2404594 for coating runs.

Internal partitions in production buildings are designed up to elevation + 1.200 monolithic reinforced concrete, from elevation + 1.200 to the bottom of the coating - keramzite concrete blocks on cement sand mortar.

Floors in production rooms of production buildings and transition galleries are designed as reinforced concrete for concrete preparation. In production buildings, floors are arranged with a slope of 23% towards dung baths. Manure removal baths are designed monolithic reinforced concrete for concrete preparation.

External doors in production buildings are made metal insulated by the type of wall panels.

9. Fire fighting measures.

The site is provided with entrances for fire vehicles. An asphalt entrance is provided to each building. Turnaround platforms are provided in dead end yards.

External fire extinguishing is provided in the design.

Production buildings of pig complex have III degree of fire resistance and structural fire hazard class C0 as per SNiP 210197 *. Explosion and fire hazard production category - D.

Fire resistance limits of the main structures of production buildings are provided by the following decisions taken in the design:

- structural elements of the building - steel columns R 45.

- external non-bearing walls EI 60 (according to the Ventall catalog).

The design provides for fire prevention measures in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 210197 *, SNiP 31032001, SNiP 2.09.0487 *.

Evacuation in case of fire is carried out from production buildings, which have exits to the outside at the ends. All doors on the escape routes open towards evacuation .
