This course project is designed to consolidate the knowledge of students in the discipline of "organization of construction production" by practical application of the issues set forth in it. The organization of construction production is one of the main functions of management in construction. The formation of knowledge on the organization of production is based on the study of construction technology, the construction industry, transport, as well as on the study of the basics of production process management.

Site Construction Planning

The organization and planning of the work at the construction site is based on the in-line method, the main principles of which are the continuity and rhythm of the production, as well as the scheduling of the individual types of work. It allows you to choose the best option for the work, use all reserves.

Characteristics of the facility and construction conditions.

2.1 General part.

The topic of the task: to develop a construction organization project for the construction of an auto garage building.

The construction period is 8 months, the start of construction is April, sands, a source of water and power supply from the city network and transformer substation, respectively, according to local conditions, conditions for supplying construction with parts and materials from construction industry plants.

2.2 Characteristics of the object.

Auto garage is intended for machine maintenance. 2.4 Characteristics of the construction area
