General Data

The design section provides for the development of technical implementation of autonomous apartment fire alarm systems to provide early fire detection and automatic fire alarm functions for elevator control and "Fire" signal output to the telephone line.

The working design complies with the current regulatory and technical documentation:

SP 3.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Warning system and management of people evacuation in case of fire. Fire safety requirements ";

SP 5.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Fire alarm and fire extinguishing units are automatic. Design Codes and Regulations ";

SP 6.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Electrical equipment. Fire safety requirements ";

Code of A1093 "Protective grounding and zeroing of electric equipment up to 1000B";

GOST 12.1.03081 "Electrical safety. Protective grounding, grounding. "

The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic standards, fire safety rules in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.

2 Characteristics of protected premises

On the basis of the N4 change in SNiP 2.08.0189, the rooms of apartments (rooms, corridors, kitchens and pantries) are equipped with IP21250M self-contained smoke detectors on the ceiling.

Brief description of the object:

- 10 storey brick residential building;

- building floors - reinforced concrete, brick wall partitions.

- building height does not exceed 28 m.

The main type of fire load in the protected spaces of the residential part of the house are: furniture, finishing materials, clothing, fabric curtains and vertical blinds, electrical equipment, electronic equipment and other combustible materials.

Smoke fire detectors IP212-91 and manual electric contact fire detectors IPR 51310 are installed on floor sites.

Fire detectors IP 21291 on floor sites are installed on the ceiling.

Manual fire detectors are installed at a height of 1.5 m above the level of the clean floor.

The detector installation plan is shown in the graphic part of the project.

Fire detectors are combined into loops and connected to the "Grand MASTER 16" instrument.

To ensure uninterrupted operation of the fire alarm system in case of power outage, 12V batteries with a capacity of 7A/h are used each complete with RIP devices.

3 Justification of the accepted scheme

In the apartments, independent smoke detectors were installed with "on signal" operation in order to early determine the source of fire. Smoke and manual fire detectors combined into loops were installed at the floor sites in order to early determine the source of fire and transmit the signal to elevator control.

4 Main technical solutions adopted in the project

Based on the characteristics of the premises of the residential building, the type of fire load, the design takes into account the system of autonomous smoke fire detectors installed in the apartments of the residential building and the system of smoke and manual fire detectors combined into loops.

Smoke fire detectors of IP21250M brand are installed in apartments directly on the ceiling. It is allowed to install them on walls and partitions of rooms not lower than 0.3 m from the ceiling and at the distance of the upper edge of the detector sensor element from the ceiling not less than 0.1 m. The distance from the detector to the lamp should be not less than 0.5 m.

Smoke fire detectors IP21291 and manual electric contact fire detectors are installed on floor platforms on the ceiling

IPR 51310 combined into loops with connection to the "Grand MASTER 16" device. According to the "Fire" signal from fire detectors, the "Grand MASTER 16" device transmits the signal to the elevator control cabinet "lowering the elevator to the 1st floor" using the relay module "Grand MASTER PM4" built into it.

5 Power Supply and Protection

According to PUE, the fire alarm system in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply is classified as electrical installations of the 1st category, therefore, the power supply of the system is provided by the ALT through a redundant power source of the RIP with a battery pack.

Supply fire-resistant cables with BBGngFRLS copper cores of required cross-section.

Autonomous smoke fire detectors of housing have their own power elements and operate "on the signal." The operation of these devices is monitored visually by the flashing light of the indicator located on the device housing.

6 Information on organization of installation works

To lay loops of smoke and tame fire announcers it is hidden in stroba of walls under plaster, in emptiness of plates of overlappings and to execute cable KSREVNG (A) FRLS (2x0.5 ).

The equipment layout plan is presented in the graphic part of the PS design.

All necessary equipment, materials and cable products are provided by the equipment specification.
