1 Basis of Design

2 Initial data

Design documentation of automatic fire alarm and fire warning system is made on the basis of architectural drawings provided by the Customer.

3 Main Design Solutions

As equipment for the construction of an automatic fire alarm system, Bolid equipment was adopted. Audible annunciators of "Ton-24S" type are accepted for type 2 warning system

Block diagram is shown in Figure 7

From the set, the system uses:

- "Signal 20P" 8 pcs.

- C2000M control panel of 1 piece;

- side of indication "С 2000BI" 4 pcs;

- relay unit "S2000SP1" of 01-3 pcs.

- telephone informant "С 2000IT" -1 pcs.

As automatic fire detectors, detectors of type IP 2123SU are used, as manual fire detectors - IPR3SU. Heat fire detectors IP 1051, with a response temperature of 50 deg, are installed in the entrance hall apartments. Celsius. The number of detectors is specified in the specification. Independent fire detectors are installed in residential premises of apartments.

The "Signal 20P" block is used to build the fire alarm system on the floors of the building. There are 8 in the scheme. Loops with active automatic detectors protecting inter-apartment corridors and elevator halls are included in loops of "Signal 20P" devices with odd address. The device provides monitoring of areas (floors) protected by automatic and manual fire detectors. The device generates a "Fire" signal when detectors detect fire factors, translates the "Fire" signal to the liquid crystal indicator of the S 2000M device while preserving the message in the non-volatile device of the device.

The C2000M device has various types of contacts for issuing alarm and control signals.

To turn on sound annunciators on the floors of sections and Fire light annunciators near the front, the contacts of C2000 SP1 SP.01 devices are used (see the instrument connection diagram). Instruments have backup control outputs.

"Exit" light annunciators are ON all the time. C2000 BI indication units are installed in elevator halls. In the second and fourth sections, the C2000 SP1 devices are installed in the elevator halls, together with the C2000BI device. S 2000BI indication unit indicates "Fire" signal in red on the corresponding floor LED indicator.

Address fire detector manual "IPR3SU" generates "FIRE" signal.

To control the elevator equipment, the contacts of the devices C2000SP1 are used.

Telephone informant C2000IT reports "Fire" signal via telephone line to subscriber. The telephone number is specified when programming the fire alarm system.

4 Operation diagram

Observation of a condition of a system and management of its modes has to be made by personnel on duty with the help of the device of control and management of C2000M.

In standby mode, the system analyzes the status of the devices

connected to trunk lines, fire alarm loops condition.

When a fire occurs on any of the floors, a "Fire" signal is generated and transmitted on the LCD of the S2000M device, on the corresponding fire section of the S 2000BI device, the S 2000IT device generates and broadcasts a fire message to the telephone subscriber, TON 24C sound annunciators are turned on in the sections, Fire light annunciators are turned on in front sections, elevators are lowered to the basics .

5 Power supply

Electric consumers of the automatic fire alarm system are consumers of electricity of category 1. Power supply shall be provided from two independent power sources from 220 V, 50 Hz AC mains.

Uninterrupted power supply of the system is provided by storage batteries located in the backup power supply units.

For fire alarm and warning elements supplied by each BRT unit, refer to the instrument connection diagram.

Grounding shall be performed in accordance with PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685 "Electrical devices," requirements of GOST 12.1.030 87 and technical documentation of manufacturers of components.

Assignment for power supply of automatic control system systems, ECSS - cm. Design sheet NITs.009.0809PS, SO.ZD1.

6 Calculation of storage battery capacity.

Calculation of battery capacity of power supply units of BRP No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 is presented on the sheets of project 13.113.5. It also indicates the capacities of the batteries connected in parallel.

7 Construction of fire alarm loops

Construction of fire alarm loops with indication of the loop number, the address of the receiving and control device and the detector number in the loop is presented in the structural diagram of the APS and EPSS of the project and the cable log. The fire alarm loops correspond to the cables shown in the cable log number 1 to 124.

8 Equipment layout and cable laying

All acceptance and control devices Signal 20P are installed on the first floor in the LGC 984 administration room in the third section of the 1st floor (See project sheet 8.2). Power supplies and boxes with additional batteries are also installed here. Also in administration of HCC 984 the S2000SP1 (2) device and S2000IT is installed .

Installation shall be carried out on walls, partitions and structures made of non-combustible materials. Installation of the specified equipment is allowed on structures made of combustible materials, provided that these structures are protected with a steel sheet with a thickness of at least 1 mm or other sheet incombustible material with a thickness of at least 10 mm. The sheet material shall extend beyond the contour of the equipment to be installed by at least 100 mm. The distance from the upper edge of the equipment to the floor of the room made of non-combustible materials must be at least 1 m. The distance between the instruments must be at least 50 mm. Height from floor level to operating controls of specified equipment from 0.8 to 1.5 m.

"Fire" light annunciators are installed outside the front and are switched on in case of fire in the section.

The detectors shall be placed taking into account air flows in protected rooms caused by plenum or exhaust ventilation, at the same time the distance from the detector to the ventilation hole shall be at least 1 m. Detectors should be installed in each compartment of the ceiling with a width of 0.75 m or more, limited by building structures protruding from the ceiling by a distance of more than 0.4 m. IPR3SU detectors, installed at a height of 1.5 m from the floor level in places remote from electromagnets, at a distance of at least 0.75 m to the detector

there shall be no objects preventing access.

To execute loops of the fire alarm KPSVVngLS cable 1х2х0.75; ceiling and walls. Between floors lay fire alarm and warning loops in a metal pipe with a diameter of 50 mm.

At parallel open plume laying the distance to power and lighting cables is not less than 0.5 m.

Loops shall be laid in 10x16 mm cable channel. or corrugated sleeve d = 16 mm. Lay the warning circuits in the metal box.

Installation of the equipment provided in the design should be carried out

in accordance with the requirements of technical documentation for this equipment and placement plans.

9 Environmental protection measures

The equipment envisaged by the project does not have a negative impact on the environment.

Noise produced by the provided equipment does not exceed the permissible sanitary standards.

The designed system does not release harmful substances into the environment.

10 Safety, industrial sanitation

Occupational health, sanitation and safety requirements are provided by the following design solutions:

- arrangement of equipment providing free access to it during installation and operation;

- device for grounding of metal parts of equipment.

11 Maintenance and operation

Plant maintenance shall be in accordance with RD 009 0196 and RD 009 0296.

The mode of operation of the designed system is round-the-clock.

Maintenance of APS system is performed by licensed

organization.

Monitoring of equipment operation and fire safety shall be carried out around the clock by personnel on duty.

The duty personnel shall be trained in the operating rules at the established

equipment.
