General data.

1 Internal gas supply was developed in accordance with the requirements of MSN 4.03012003, SP RK 4.021032002, CH.RK.2.02142002 and provides for the supply of natural gas according to GOST 554287 with a combustion heat of 33.5 MJ/m3

2 The working project "Gas supply of the heating boiler house for the building of the AudiCenter Complex" with the store, was developed on the basis of technical specifications No. * * * * * * issued by the MCP * * * * *.

3. The construction drawings of the attached mini-boiler building, the drawings of the engineering equipment of the room, the installation of boilers and chimneys were developed by a specialized design institute.

4. Gasification is subject to:

- water heating boiler No. 1 KOV100 ST with thermal capacity N = 100.0 kW; Qmach = 11.9 m3/h.

- hot water boiler No. 2 KOV100 ST with thermal capacity N = 100.0 kW; Qmach = 11.9 m3/h.

The total boiler room flow rate will be 23.8 m3/h

5. In accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.04052002, the gasified room must have natural and artificial lighting (window with window and electric lighting with filament lamps).

6. The room in which the boiler is installed shall have:

- ventilation channel for air inflow, section of ventilation channel with diameter not less than 200 mm.

- for air inflow in the lower part of the outer wall louver screen measuring 200x200 mm according to the series 1.494-27

7 Combustion products shall be discharged through the chimney in accordance with the requirements of SNIP RK 4.02.1032002, MSN4.03012003 and the "Gas Safety Regulations" RK. The area of the flue ducts and chimney shall be not less than the area of the flue discharge branch pipe of the gas apparatus (boiler). Chimneys shall be separate, chimney height - not less than 5 m from the floor level of the room where gas heating centers are installed, and not less than 2.0 m from the roof of the main building.

8 To ground the smoke discharge pipes in the construction part of the building, perform the protective grounding loop in accordance with the requirements of PUE and the instructions for the lightning protection of buildings.

9. Connection of gas burners of boilers shall be performed according to factory instructions for installation and operation of burners.

10. The attached boiler house shall be separated from the main building by a fire wall of type 2., and the boiler house shall be covered with NG materials (non-combustible).

11As per item 4.16 of SP RK4.02103202, the area of the boiler room window openings shall be

not less than 2.4m2 .

12. Laying of gas pipelines in the boiler house - open, from steel water and gas pipes Du57, Du32, Du25, Du20, Du15. as per GOST 1070580 and GOST 326275 *.

13 The gas pipeline crossing of external and internal bearing walls is provided in the case, internal partitions - without a case with sealing of holes with cement mortar. Protective coating of gas pipeline and case - 2 layers of PF pentaphthalic enamel on two layers of GF020 primer, smoke discharge pipe - heat-resistant paint BT177. Gas pipelines in the boiler house shall be painted yellow with red stripes in accordance with the requirements of GOST 1420269.

15 The room is equipped with the Gas and Gas Monitoring Device and Universal CP-CP CH4 Dn50
