STELE STREET EAST DISTRICT

1. General data

Project documentation is developed in accordance with state norms, rules and standards.

The adopted technical solutions ensure the safe operation of the facility for human life and health, subject to the measures provided for in the project documentation.

The project provides:

- connection of the projected electric lighting of the stele to the cable connected to the place of installation of the sign;

- illumination of letters on the stele and its ends with LED strip;

- measures for lightning protection and grounding of the designed equipment.

The site for the installation of the stele is located in the city of Novorossiysk, Vostochny inner-city district. The territory for the construction of the stele is a green area located along Magistralnaya Street.  

 Climatic conditions of the construction site:

- construction and climatic area - IV B. 

- the average monthly air temperature in January is 3.7 ° C, in July + 24.6 ° C, the average annual temperature is + 13.5 ° C. The absolute maximum air temperature in summer reaches + 39-41 ° C, the absolute minimum in winter in December-January is -24 ° C.

- area by weight of snow cover - II (map 1);

- wind pressure area - IV (map 2g);

- area along the thickness of the ice wall - III (map 3a);

- area according to the standard value of the minimum air temperature (° C) - from minus 22 (map 4);

- area according to the standard value of the maximum air temperature (° C) - from +34 (map 5).

- The standard depth of seasonal freezing according to SP 131.13330.2016 is 0.8 m; 

- The background seismicity of the survey area is 8 points at 10%;

- probability of possible exceeding, (map of the OAR 2015), at 5% probability;

- possible excess of the DSO 2015 map B) − 9 points and at 1% probability;

- possible excess − 9 points (OAR 2015 map C);

- The hazard category of endogenous processes (earthquakes) according to Table 5.1 of SP 115.13330.2016 is assessed as very dangerous.

Description and justification of the composite techniques used in the design of the facades of the capital construction object

The vertical composition consists of three columns, differing in both dimensions on the plan and height, and a rectangular vertical slab. On the stele there are light inscriptions, made of white acrylic glass (the name of the district and the city). The letters are three-dimensional, 150mm thick. On the slab there is a map of the Eastern district of Novorossiysk, plotted on a transparent arakal.   Above are milled composite figures. Next to the inscription "Novorossiysk" is the image of the coat of arms of the city. The base of the stele is a horizontal slab (1.375x3.6 m), 308 mm high. At a distance of 0.97 m from it there is a separate element (6.65x0.35x0.615 m). The geometry of the stele and the color scheme are concise. Accents are placed through the use of lighting.

The stele is lined with aluminum composite panels from Aluminstroy (colors White SH9003 or Signal White G9003). End lighting is provided. The text on the stele is white acrylic glass, the map of the Eastern District is a transparent arakal.
