General Guidelines

This project was carried out on the basis of the design assignment, drawings of the construction part and in accordance with the requirements of the technical and regulatory documentation of SP RK 4.04-106-2013 "Electrical equipment of residential and public buildings. Design Standards", SP RK 2.04-104-2012 "Natural and Artificial Lighting"; SN RK 4.04-07-2019 "Electrical Devices". SP RK 3.02-107-2014 "Public Buildings and Structures". PUE RK 2015 "Rules for the Installation of Electrical Installations

Design lighting current - 141.86 A

The project provides for general, repair, emergency and evacuation lighting. The choice of types of lamps was made by the Project provides for working (general, repair) and emergency lighting. The choice of types of lamps is made in accordance with the purpose of the premises and the characteristics of the environment, the project provides for lamps with LED lamps and with energy-saving lamps. The group lighting network is carried out by a hidden VVGng cable in the voids of the floor slabs and under the plaster layer in the PVC pipes. Illumination is accepted in accordance with the current rules and regulations. Lighting boards are adopted by the SCHRv. In the offices, there is a separate (in rows) switching on of lamps, that is, the part of the room that is remote from the windows is illuminated first. The switches are installed at a height of 1.8 m from the floor. The blackboard is illuminated by two parallel lamps. The working lights are controlled by switches installed at the entrance to the room. Emergency (evacuation) lighting for evacuation of people is provided along the lines of passages and exits from the building; to continue working on the premises in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. Emergency (evacuation) lighting fixtures are separated from the number of general working lighting fixtures and are powered from the emergency lighting network. The general and emergency lighting fixtures are switched on separately. Repair lighting is provided in technical rooms and is carried out by connecting portable luminaires to the 36V network through plug sockets powered by step-down transformers YATP-0.25-220/36V (the socket is installed on the nuclear substation).  

    Install sockets and switches at a height of 1.8m from the floor level.  The power supply of the sockets is provided with the use of RCD protective devices with a cut-off current of 30mA.

 Lightning protection.

In accordance with the Instruction on the installation of lightning protection of buildings of the SP RK 2.04-103-2013, the project provides for measures to protect  against direct lightning strikes. Lightning protection is made by grounding the metal frame and the dome. A steel circle with a diameter of 8 mm is adopted as a lightning rod. A steel circle descends from the roof to the ground to the vertical grounding switches along the wall.

       Protective measures.  

     All metal parts of electrical installations, water supply pipelines, sewerage, heat supply, metal structures of the building that are not normally energized, but may be energized due to violation of the integrity of the insulation, should be connected to the earthing circuit. Specially laid wires are used as neutral protective conductors.

To equalize the potentials, all metal products of the building should be connected to the internal grounding circuit - metal water supply pipelines, sewerage, heat supply, metal structures of the building.

The connection of the conductive metal parts to each other is carried out with the help of the main grounding bar (clamp). The main grounding rail is carried out inside the ASU.

All electrical installation work should be carried out in accordance with the current PUE of the Republic of Kazakhstan and PTB.
