The heating and ventilation design was developed according to SNiP 2.04.05-91, SNB 3.02.04-3, SNiP 2.08.02-89, SNB 2.04.01-97.
Installation of sanitary devices and testing shall be performed in accordance with SNiP 3.

Expediency of application of plenum ventilation system with electric heating of air and heat disposal.

In view of the fact that the mechanical plenum ventilation system in this case is only necessary for the buffet and the supply air consumption is relatively small, in order to save space, electricity, money for components, installation and commissioning, we recommend using a plenum unit with heat recovery and an electric heater. The above scheme provides the following advantages:

There is no need to lay heat supply pipes of the plenum plant heater from the CTP;

The automation system of the plenum plant is simplified, and its cost is significantly reduced (there is no need to install a circulation pump, control valves with electric drives, an expensive controller, a freezing protection thermostat, etc.);

The risk of freezing water in the calorifer in the cold period is reduced, which inevitably leads to partial or complete destruction of the calorifer pipelines and its failure;

The use of heat utilization allows to significantly (by more than 60%) reduce the heat consumption for heating the supply air in the cold period of the year;

Installation of a supply and supply unit complete with automation as a result is cheaper than the installation of two separate units: supply and exhaust. This saves space.

This unit is equipped with a heat and soundproofed housing, which allows it to be located directly in the ventilated room (under the ceiling or on the wall).

Heating and ventilation

Technical solutions adopted in the Project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other laws, norms, rules and standards in force in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, initial data, as well as technical specifications and requirements issued by state supervision bodies (control) and interested organizations in the coordination of the initial permit documentation, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, as well as protection of the population and stability of the facility in emergency situations, subject to the measures stipulated in the Project.

This section is developed on the basis and taking into account the Engineering Specification, architectural and planning solutions and technological tasks of related sections.

The building has 4 blocks: And, B, In, C. Residential blocks are placed in blocks A, B, Century. On the first floor of block B the buffet, storerooms and linen is located.

Climatological parameters for calculation of heating and ventilation systems:

Cold period:

- ambient temperature for designing heating and ventilation (parameter B) - -24 ⁰S;

- specific enthalpy - -22.6 kJ/kg;

- wind speed - 3.7 m/s;

- average temperature of heating period - -1.6 ⁰S;

- heating period duration - 202 days.

Warm period:

- ambient temperature for ventilation design

(parameter A) - 21.2 ⁰S;

- specific enthalpy - 49.8 kJ/kg;

- wind speed - 2.6 m/s;

Heating

The overhaul of the dormitory heating provides for the replacement of heating, insulation, pipeline valves and distribution combs in the basement.

The device of pofasadny regulation for premises of blocks A, B, B is provided. Heat metering is provided in CTP (refer to section of external networks).

The coolant is water according to the heating temperature schedule 10570⁰ С. Heat carrier reception is provided in the heat point located in a separate room next to the dormitory. Heating devices and risers remain existing. The heating system in the basement is installed from steel electric welded pipes as per GOST 1070491 (Ø57 and more).

Transit pipelines are installed from galvanized pipes GOST 326275 * (hot water supply pipeline and circulating work) and electric welded pipes according to GOST 1070491 (heating).

The drain pipeline of galvanized pipes as per GOST 326275 * is laid above the floor of the utility floor into the drain pit. All transit pipelines, heating system pipelines laid on the basement shall be insulated according to the heat insulation structure list.

Ventilation

This project provides for the complete dismantling of plenum plants, exhaust fans, air curtain, heaters and their piping units, noise silencers and air ducts. Plenum ventilation with mechanical and, partially, natural inducement, cleaning and heating of supply air is designed in the dormitory building, air pressure is provided into the stairwell, exhaust ventilation with mechanical inducement from the bathroom of the 1st floor, pump room and natural ventilation from other rooms. Plenum ventilation with heat disposal is provided in the buffet to reduce

heat consumption for supply air heating in the cold period of the year.

To prevent aerodynamic noise, the design includes heat and

and Sonoconnect soundproofed ducts. Heat supply of the supply and supply unit is carried out from the electrical network with parameters: 3f/50Hz/380V.

The project provides for air pressure to the stairwell. And it is also necessary to organize automatic disconnection of veins. systems in case of fire.

The central entrance is equipped with an air electric curtain "Teplomash."

Noise reduction measures

To achieve the regulated noise levels created by the operating equipment of the heating and ventilation systems in the premises and in the areas adjacent to the buildings, the following measures are provided:

arrangement of equipment in separate rooms having soundproofed enclosing structures for protection against noise penetration from these rooms into neighboring ones.

application of equipment with reduced noise level;

use of vibration insulated fans connected to air ducts by flexible inserts;

connection of foundation pumps with pipelines using flexible inserts;

use of noise-insulated plenum and exhaust ducts;

Automation of heating and ventilation systems

To ensure the required air conditions in the rooms, increase the reliability of the systems, save heat, electric power, it is provided:

maintenance of specified parameters of air medium and coolant;

arrangement of the heating system stage-by-stage control units;

local control of ventilation systems;

locking of ventilation equipment:

a) between elements of the ventilation system itself;

b) with fire automation systems (disconnection of ventilation systems in case of fire).

For automation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, smoke protection and heat supply systems, refer to instrumentation section.

Installation and operation

Installation of ventilation and heating systems, air ducts and pipelines of these systems, commissioning of systems should be carried out in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0185 "Internal Sanitary Works," SNiP 3.01.0185 "Organization of Construction Production," SNiP 3.01.0487 "Acceptance for Operation of Completed Construction Facilities. Main provisions. "

All deviations from design solutions must be agreed with representatives of the author's supervision.

The connections and elevations of air ducts and pipelines shall be clarified during the installation measurements by nature taking into account the installed building structures .
