1. Main construction conditions

The project of organization of the object "" was executed on the basis of

• Engineering specification;

• report on the survey and assessment of the technical condition of the dormitory building No. 4;

• Design and estimate documentation ;

• building codes and regulations in force at the time of project release.

This section is developed taking into account the requirements of SNiP 12012004 "Construction Organization," "Recommendations on the methodology of PIC and PPM compilation," SNiP 12032001 part 1 and SNiP 12042002 part 2 "Labor Safety in Construction," SP "Decisions on Labor Safety and Industrial Safety in PIC and PPR"SanPiN 2.2.3.138403 "Hygienic Requirements for the Organization of Construction Production and Construction Works", MDS 1281.2007 "Methodological recommendations for the development of PIC and PPM," PPB 0103 "Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation," PB 1038200 "Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of Lifting Cranes."

The general contracting organization will be determined after the tender. To perform construction and installation works qualitatively and within the normative time frame, the general contractor and subcontracting specialized organizations must be equipped with the necessary equipment and vehicles, as well as be able to provide construction with qualified personnel.

The site of the renovated dormitory building No. 4 is located...................., stands inside a block bounded by streets................................................................................................................................................................................................. The relief of the site is flat with a slope in the southeast direction.

The project was developed according to SNiP 230199 "Construction climatology," SNiP 2.01.0785 * "Loads and impacts" for the following conditions:

- climatic area I, sub-area IB (SNiP 230199);

- estimated winter outside air temperature for the coldest five-day period is minus 360С (SNiP 2.01.0785);

- design snow load on 1m2 of horizontal surface for II area is 1.2 kPa (SNiP 2.01.0785)

- standard wind speed at a height of 10 m is accepted for the III district equal to 0.38 kPa (SNiP 2.01.0785).

The normative depth of seasonal freezing is 2.8 m.

The seismicity of the construction site is 8 points.

The territory on which the designed building is located has access roads, underground communications. The existing engineering networks are connected to the repaired building. Access to the hostel is provided from the street. Worker and Polish Rebels. The platform in front of the building has asphalt concrete pavement. According to SanPiN 2.2.3.138403 "Hygienic Requirements for the Organization of Construction Production and Construction Works," a construction site is organized for the period of work according to the construction plan.

Entrances and driveways in the construction area are designed taking into account external and internal transportation, as well as the free entrance of fire engines. According to PPB 0103, two entrances are provided for the construction area. When entering the site, information boards are installed indicating the name of the object, the name of the developer (customer), the contractor (contractor, general contractor), the name, position and telephone number of the responsible manufacturer of the work on the object and the representative of the state headquarters or local government body overseeing the construction, the dates of the start and end of work, the scheme of the object.

Temporary fencing of the construction area is provided from metal profiled sheet.

Places of passage of people within hazardous areas shall have protective fences. Entrances to buildings (structures) under construction shall be protected from above by a visor not less than 2 m wide from the building wall. The angle between the visor and the upstream wall above the entrance shall be 7075 °.

Lighting, electro, heat and water supply of the construction site is provided from existing networks connected to the repaired building. Sewerage of the construction site is carried out in the city sewerage network. During construction, the contractor provides mobile telephone communication at its own expense.

Construction structures and materials will be provided from construction materials and construction industry enterprises in Irkutsk and the Irkutsk region. The Owner, together with the Contractor, shall approve the schedule for their delivery to the construction site in accordance with the process sequence and time of the works. Materials and products are delivered on existing paved roads by road, which, if necessary, must be equipped with specialized means of loading and unloading.

In connection with the use of pneumatic machines in the construction and installation work, the costs of maintaining existing roads and restoring them after the completion of construction are not provided by the project.

2. Brief description of the building

The renovated dormitory building is a detached, five-story stone, without a basement, rectangular in plan shape with overall dimensions in the axes of 77.2 × 15 m. The height of the building to the top of the cornice is 15.26 m.

The dormitory building was erected according to the standard project of the 13023 series "Student dormitory for 632 students for construction in areas with seismicity of 7 and 8 points," developed in 1959. The hostel was commissioned in 1966.

The structural scheme is a stone building with transverse and longitudinal bearing walls, united by disks of reinforced concrete floors rigid in their plane.

Foundations - tape, of prefabricated concrete blocks and reinforced concrete cushions according to the series II0302. Along the top of the foundations there is a monolithic reinforced concrete belt 150 mm high. The base of the foundations is presumably pebble soils with sand aggregate.

The external and internal walls are stone, designed from full clay brick on cement sand mortar. The thickness of the external walls is 640 mm, the internal longitudinal - 510 mm, the internal transverse - 380 mm. Monolithic reinforced concrete antiseismic belts are provided in the level of floors along all longitudinal and transverse walls.

Partitions - brick 120 mm thick.

Floors - made up of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels according to the catalog of the series JESUS 0302.

The stairs are two-march, composed of prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed marches and platforms.

Floors in the corridors are mosaic, in toilets and washes - tiled, in classrooms and living rooms - plank with linoleum.

The roof is an attic four-pitched with small tongs on the waltzes. The height in the skate is 3.75 m, counting from the surface of the slabs of the attic floor. Roof of steel galvanized sheets, external drainage arranged.

External decoration - masonry made of full clay brick made with stitching, horizontal belts above window openings are made of silicate brick, end walls are faced with pressed fibrous-cement slabs "Kraspan."

Interior decoration. The surfaces of walls and partitions are plastered, painted or glued with wallpaper, ceilings are plastered and painted.

Engineering equipment. The building provides hot and cold water supply, central water heating, sewerage, power networks.

The level of responsibility of the building according to GOST 2775188 - II is normal.

Reliability factor by purpose - 0.95.

The overhaul project provides for the following measures:

- revision and repair of horizontal ventilation channels laid along the attic floor;

- Inspection and repair of downpipes;

- waterproofing of walls in public washes and kitchens;

- insulation of external walls by complex facade system with ventilated air gap.

- reinforcement by steel framing of openings of staircases and the main entrance;

- establishing cross links in the transverse direction.

4. Preparatory period of construction

According to SNiP 12042002, for the normal development of construction in the preparatory period, the following works must be carried out:

- clearance of the construction area from garbage ;

- temporary fencing and lighting of the construction site area;

- creation of storage facilities (arrangement of storage places for materials and structures);

- construction of entrances and driveways on the territory of the construction site using existing ones;

- provision of the construction site with fire-fighting tools and equipment.

According to SNiP 12032001, the completion of preparatory work is accepted according to the act on the implementation of labor safety measures.

Temporary driveways and storage areas

Temporary driveways are arranged on the territory of the fenced construction site to ensure the movement of construction equipment and vehicles.

To store the necessary stock of building materials and products, storage areas along the temporary technological road are built on construction sites.

Temporary roads and sites for temporary buildings are made in accordance with the construction plan with a 150 mm thick crushed stone coating.

Roads with gravel pavement are made in the following sequence: break the temporary road route; arranging an earthwork and drainage ditches; sand base is filled with thickness 150... 200 mm; crushed stone coating of fraction 20... 80 mm thickness 200 mm is arranged with subsequent compaction by road rollers.

The acquired warehouse for the storage of construction materials of the preparatory period is organized in the form of open areas. The base for the sites is planned soil with leveling of individual irregularities with crushed stone. The sites are arranged with a slope of not more than 5 degrees, to provide water flow.

During construction, existing asphalt pavement is used.

Loading and unloading works

Loading and unloading operations include unloading and storage of materials, products, structural elements, as well as loading of materials from disassembly onto vehicles for removal from the construction site. Loading and unloading works should be carried out under the supervision of the ITR appointed by the order, responsible for the safe operation of cranes. The assignment order must be at the site.

Perform loading and unloading operations in accordance with the requirements of POT RM00798, PB 1038200 section 9.5, and SNiP 12032001. Crane driver and rafters shall strictly observe the job descriptions drawn up on the basis of standard instructions as per RD 10995 and RD 1010796.

When using the crane during loading and unloading operations, the work shall be organized in accordance with standard process charts, labor process charts and taking into account the following requirements:

• perform loading and unloading operations in strict compliance with official instructions and regulatory requirements;

• The site for handling operations shall be planned and shall have a slope of not more than 5 deg;

• after installation of the vehicle for loading (unloading) it is necessary to lay inventory stops under the wheels;

• rafters shall be provided with a list of load-handling devices and slinging schemes for goods coming for unloading (loading);

• Persons not directly related to the work performed are not allowed at the place of loading and unloading works. Cargo shall not be moved when people are under it; It is not allowed to perform loading and unloading operations when people are on the body or in the cab of the car;

• In the places of loading and unloading of vehicles, hinged platforms for rafters shall be used;

• the appropriate gaskets strength (for removal of slings from under the load without damage) shall be pre-laid on the cargo installation site.

Places of loading and unloading operations shall be illuminated (not less than 10 lux), fenced with signal fencing as per GOST 23407 and equipped with safety signs as per GOST 12.4.026.

Operation and maintenance of cranes is performed by the operator of the crane of the 6th category. During operation, the requirements set forth in the crane certificate, its operating manual, as well as in PB 1038200 "Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of Lifting Cranes" of the Gosgortekhnadzor of the Russian Federation must be complied with.
