Project Description

The explanatory note contains 72 pages of printed text, 14 tables, 5 sources used and a graphic part consisting of three sheets of A1 format.

MASTER PLAN, CENTRAL REPAIR SHOP, PERSONNEL, LABOR CAPACITY, EQUIPMENT, SITE, COMPANY, COST.

Design object: repair and maintenance base of Takushevskoye LLC in the Tengushevsky district.

The purpose of the project is to modernize the repair and maintenance base of Takushevskoye LLC, to master the methods and skills of independently solving engineering problems associated with the development of the repair base.

Scope of application - the measures developed in the course design can be used in the organization of the workshop at the enterprise.

The effectiveness of the project is due to the scientific approach to resolving the issue of improving the organization of maintenance and repair of ICC.

Introduction

The modern state of maintenance and repair of equipment in the agro-industrial complex is expensive for society: their untimeness, low level, lack of spare parts, lubricants leads to premature wear and early write-off of expensive machines.

Building an integrated technical service system that meets the joint requirements of the production process is one of the most pressing tasks facing the agro-industrial sector. The technical base of the repair and technical agroservice, which in the Russian Federation is clearly outdated and mentally and physically, remains the primary problem. Due to the emergence of small peasant and farm farms, the design of small workshops becomes a matter of the day. Reconstruction of the old and the construction of new facilities should be carried out based on scientifically sound approaches by people with a wide professional outlook.

In this course project, the repair and maintenance base was modernized in the conditions of Takushevskoye LLC. Modernization was carried out in order to improve the quality of maintenance and repair, as well as to expand the types and objects of repair.

Characteristics of the design object

The Takushevskoye limited liability company of the Tengushevsky district was created on July 17, 2006 during the reorganization of the peasant farm of V.M. Makhrov.

Takushevskoye LLC is located in the southeastern part of the Tengushevsky district. Administratively - the economic center is located in the village of Takushevo, the distance from which to the republican center of Saransk is 230 kilometers, the distance to the district center is the village of Tengushevo 20 kilometers, to the nearest railway station is the village of Barashevo 30 kilometers.

According to its geographical position, the territory of the economy is part of the forest-steppe zone with a temperate - continental climate. The average annual air temperature is + 30C. The average annual rainfall according to the Temnikovskaya weather station is 578 mm.

The hygrographic network on the territory of the farm includes the Moksha River. Low-water streams flow along the bottoms of the beams. Of the artificial reservoirs there are ponds. Livestock farms are supplied from art wells.

Natural vegetation has been preserved along the bottoms of ravines and beams. It is represented by a meadow association .

The joint influence of the relief and other soil formation factors led to the formation of a large variety of soils of various genetic types on the territory of Takushevskoye LLC. Turf and floodplain soils have the greatest distribution on the territory of the farm.

The presence of slopes of various steepness and expositions, non-compliance with anti-erosion agricultural techniques for soil treatment led to the development of flat soil erosion.

The existing road network on the territory of the farm provides transport of all goods and communication between settlements with asphalt and soil. To improve road transportation, asphalting of driveways and sites near production facilities is planned in the future.

The total land area of ​ ​ the farm is 2165 hectares, agricultural land is 1878 hectares of which arable land is 806 hectares, hayfields are 728 hectares, 344 hectares of pasture.

The average annual value of fixed assets for 01.01.08 amounted to 14460 thousand rubles.

The main suppliers are State Unitary Enterprise RM Rural Development Fund, OJSC Mordovenergo, OJSC Mordovregiongaz, Mordovnefteprodukt, Torbeevsky elevator, Tengushevsky Alcohol Plant, Agrotorg Arzamas, Arzamaszoovetsnab, etc.

The main consumers of the products and services provided by the farm are the Tengushevsky Butter Plant, Torbeevsky MPK OJSC, individuals and legal entities.

According to the results of work for 2007, the farm sold products worth 5906 thousand rubles .

In the process of financial and economic activity, Takushevskoye LLC carries out its own development in two areas. The first direction includes crop production. The second direction is represented by a livestock subsystem. The leading branch of the economy is the livestock industry, specializing in the production of milk and meat. The crop industry in the farm is developed at the level of the servicing (auxiliary) industry, i.e. its main task is fodder production (silage, senage, hay, forage).

In fodder production, it is important that the equipment work smoothly at a certain period. To do this, measures are taken to prepare equipment for work, conduct planned and unscheduled maintenance, daily maintenance, seasonal maintenance. Good preparation and quick repair of equipment during a breakdown is of great importance in fodder production. This is especially important when it is necessary to harvest feed in a limited time.

Repair and maintenance of the equipment, which are essential in carrying out the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, also depend on the quality and quantity of the supplied parts, the degree of wear and tear of the repair equipment and on the organization of the work of the team.

In Takushevskoye LLC, repair of diesel fuel equipment is not carried out and grinding of crankshaft necks is not carried out on its own, since there are no corresponding sections and equipment. Diesel fuel equipment is taken for repair to the city of Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod Region, and crankshafts are ground in the village of Voznesenskoye, Nizhny Novgorod Region. In the central repair shop of Takushevskoye LLC there is a battery section, which is currently not used, since modern batteries are made in an indiscriminate case, and failed batteries are simply replaced by new ones. Therefore, we propose to replace the battery section with a section of grinding the crankshafts, and charge the batteries in the territory of the engine yard, where there is a free section. There is also a free section in the central repair shop between the disassembly section and the electrical equipment repair section. It is rational to place a section for the repair and adjustment of diesel fuel equipment here.

After the introduction of the proposed areas, the enterprise will have the opportunity to quickly and efficiently repair engines on its own, which will lead to a decrease in the cost of transporting crankshafts and diesel fuel equipment to the neighboring region.

Selection of repair and maintenance base composition

The composition of the repair and maintenance base of an agricultural enterprise depends on the number of tractors and cars in the farm, as well as on the distance of land and units (departments, brigades, etc.) from its central base.

Since the number of tractors in the farm is less than 60 units, all its units are located on the central base, that is, in the central machine yard there is all the equipment.

Four sectors are located on the territory of the repair and maintenance base of Takushevskoye LLC.

The first sector is the maintenance and repair sector. In this sector are concentrated: the central repair shop (CMM), the office building for paperwork (the machine operator's house), and the material and technical warehouse.

The second sector is the long-term storage sector (machine yard). It includes: a closed room where decommissioned ones are dismantled and contain new machines and equipment; platform under the canopy containing trailed and mounted units of seasonal use; open platform for storage of grain harvesters and fodder harvesters.

The third sector is the inter-parking sector and maintenance. It is a heated garage, as well as a platform where equipment is located outside working hours. It also carries out its maintenance and minor repairs.

The fourth sector is the sector of storage and delivery of petroleum products. It is an oil warehouse and a filling station for cars. The capacity of the tanks is accepted for 25 tractors - 40m3.

Also on the territory of Takushevskoye LLC there are: a water tower, a dining room, warehouses of new and used parts.

Identification of the nomenclature of the areas and branches of the workshop

Depending on the nomenclature of products to be repaired, the peculiarities of technological processes and the capacity of repair enterprises, production workshops and sections can be formed according to object, technological and mixed principles.

In subdivisions organized according to the technological principle, technologically homogeneous types of work are performed: disassembly, restoration by welding and surfacing, metallization, etc.

In divisions organized according to the subject principle, work is carried out on the repair of the same objects or assembly units on the basis of finished parts: repair of frames, repair of nozzles, repair of electrical equipment, etc.

Most often, all departments of repair shops are designed according to a mixed principle, when in the areas they perform a dismantling, assembly, defect-fixing series of operations to restore parts for repaired objects and their assembly units.

The composition of the production departments of the site depends on the labor intensity of certain types of work.

The basis for this course project is the central repair shop of Takushevskoye LLC, where the nomenclature of the sites is more determined. On the basis of this workshop, as well as in all workshops in the Tengushevsky district, work is not carried out on grinding the necks of crankshafts and repairing diesel fuel equipment. At the same time, it is planned to carry out major repairs of engines on their own, which is impossible without the performance of these works. Agricultural enterprises of the entire region carry crankshafts and diesel fuel equipment for repair to the Nizhny Novgorod region, which requires additional costs and time. Taking as a basis the work of repair shops located in the village of Voznesenskoye and in the city of Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod Region, you can organize these work on grinding the necks of crankshafts and repairing diesel fuel equipment on the basis of the central repair workshop of Takushevskoye LLC. Enterprises of the district with their own equipment will be more profitable and closer to bring crankshafts and diesel fuel equipment to the repair workshop of Takushevskoye LLC for repair.

It is proposed to place the grinding section of the crankshafts necks on the site of the battery section, which, as practice has shown, has become out of demand, since modern batteries have an indiscriminate design. We will place the repair and adjustment section of diesel fuel equipment in an empty section, where the parts to be disposed of were previously folded.

The central repair shop of Takushevskoye LLC, taking into account the proposed changes, includes the following sections:

I - Disassembly section - designed for washing of parts, assemblies and their disassembly;

II - Locksmith-mechanical section - designed for metal cutting machine and locksmith works;

III - Welding area - designed for welding;

IV - Blacksmith section - designed to perform blacksmith press work;

V - Grinding area - designed for grinding crankshaft necks;

VI - Engine test and adjustment area - designed for testing and adjustment of engines after assembly;

VII - Engine maintenance section - designed for disassembly of engine main parts and its assembly;

VIII - Electrical equipment repair area - designed to check, adjust, repair units in the electrical equipment system of tractors and cars;

IX - Fuel equipment repair area - designed to check, adjust repair of units in the fuel equipment system of tractors and combines;

X - Mednitsko - Zhestyanitsky section - designed for the repair of radiators;

XI - Spare Parts Warehouse and Tool Pantry

XII - Household premises.

It should be noted that the area occupied by the battery section is sufficient to accommodate the designed area of grinding the crankshaft necks without modernizing the workshop building and violating existing sanitary standards.

Conclusion

In this course project, the modernization of the repair and maintenance base of Takushevskoye LLC was proposed. Since the central repair shop of Takushevskoye LLC does not carry out such work as the repair and adjustment of diesel fuel equipment, as well as the grinding of the crankshafts, during the course project, sections were developed to carry out these work.

After the introduction of the crankshaft neck grinding section and the diesel fuel equipment repair section into the central repair shop, the enterprise will have the opportunity to carry out these types of work on its own. There will be no need to transport fuel equipment and crankshafts for repairs to the neighbouring region, which requires additional material and time. Also, machinery and production workers will not be idle, due to the expectation of repairing parts in other enterprises. As a result, labor intensity will increase, and as a result, labor productivity.
