Description
This line is intended for the production of ice cream "Lakomka." This ice cream has a cylindrical shape and for approx. 10 cm. The ice cream mixture from the freezer is fed into the extruder, here a round section of the mixture is formed and uniformly coated with glaze. Then the formed mixture is packaged into foil, sealed and cut into "sausages" of a certain length by a transverse cutting mechanism and tempered. After hardening, there is a cut on a portion with transverse knives. Composition - 2 general view drawings and schedule.
