Installation of thermal energy meters in the administrative production building

Introduction.

The working design provides for the installation of thermal energy meters in an administratively production building belonging to -----------------at the input of heat wires to the automated thermal unit for calculations for thermal energy during the year. The design is in accordance with the design loads based on the design assignment.

Thermal energy metering unit is designed for:

- control over rational use of thermal energy;

-documentation of coolant parameters: weight (volume) and

temperatures.

According to the "Rules for accounting of thermal energy and coolant" using the installed devices on the heating system, the following is determined:

- time of metering devices operation;

- received thermal energy;

-mass (volume) of coolant received by supply and delivery

rotated along the return pipeline;

-mass (volume) of coolant received by supply and delivery

rotated through the return pipeline for each hour;

- average hourly and average daily coolant temperature in

supply and return pipeline.

The following normative and structural materials are used in the project execution:

• SNiP 41022003 - "Heat Networks";

• SNiP41012003 - "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";

• P 683 - "Rules for accounting of thermal energy and coolant:" Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation "; Gosenergonaz; Moscow, 1995;

• MI 216491 - State system for ensuring uniformity of measurements. Heat meters. Requirements for testing, metrological certification, verification.

• Electrical Installation Rules (PUE) 6th Edition.

• Heat calculator SPT941.

List and procedure of readings taken to power supply organization for mutual settlements.

Take readings from the heat meter, refer to instructions for use.

Readings for transfer to are entered in the table of the established sample according to the "Rules for accounting of heat energy of coolant."

Instruction on equipment installation.

During installation works, the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0185 shall be met in the heat point; 3.05.0385; 3.05.0785.

As well as SNiP M-4-80 "Safety in construction" and fire safety standards.

During installation of pipelines and equipment, the following shall be provided:

* density and strength of elements attachment;

* serviceability of shutoff valves.

Before installation, make sure that there are seals on the equipment.

Install and install the instruments in accordance with the instructions and technical description of the manufacturers.

Control cables from primary temperature transducers (sensors) and flow rates included in the heat meter set shall be laid in accordance with the requirements of the instrument instruction.

Installation and installation of the instrument shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions .
