2. general data

1. This project was developed for the period of installation of natural ventilation glasses at the Energy Center during the construction of the corporate university of Sberbank of Russia at the address: Moscow Region, Istra District, Obushkovsky Rural District.

2. When tying this PDP to the Power Center housing, on which operations will be performed, look, given PDP, together with the PDP building plan, for construction of this housing.

3. instructions for drilling of holes with diamond tools

1. Prior to drilling, the following work shall be carried out: tool-driven axis splitting and hole dimensions (diameter and depth in mm) shall be determined; water and electric power are supplied to drilling zone; serviceability of the drilling unit was checked and its maintenance was carried out; the type of diamond drill is selected; radial run-out of installation spindle and drill is checked.

2. A diamond ring drill is used to drill holes, which is fixed on the spindle of the drilling unit. Under the action of axial pressure and rotational force created by the drilling unit, the cutting part of the drill is embedded in the drilled material. To cool the tool and take the broken material out of the bottom hole, water is supplied from the main pipe. The drilled core is removed from the face after drilling. Drill depth up to 400 mm, hole diameter from 20 to 160 mm.

The use of diamond tools in drilling allows you to obtain holes with high accuracy diameter without creating shocks and vibration; drill various materials without disturbing their structure;

expedite the preparation of design documentation by freeing designers from marking holes and openings;

improve working conditions, reduce dust content of working rooms, significantly reduce noise and vibration (compared with the use of punching hammers and other tools).

2.3. Diamond drilling is performed in the following process order:

by means of a feeding mechanism, the drill is brought to the treated surface at a distance of 10-15 mm and installed along the hole marking;

the valve is opened and in the initial drilling process the optimal water supply mode is set (the water flow rate depending on the drill diameter can be from 3 to 20 l/min);

electric motor is turned on and diamond tool is smoothly fed into processed material by means of feeding mechanism.

During drilling, care must be taken to ensure that the feed force does not exceed the amount at which the tool may be jammed. When the water supply or outflow is stopped, immediately remove the drill, shut down the engine and find out the cause of the failure and eliminate it.

When drilling sections with fittings, it is necessary to reduce the feed force in order to avoid breakage of the cutting part of the drill and engine overload; when sparks appear from the bottomhole, it is necessary to sharply reduce the supply force and increase the supply of water for cooling.

If the drilling speed is uneven and the drilling is accompanied by shocks, partial jamming, excessive heating of the drill, the sign of which is steam generation, the axial pressure and rotation speed should be reduced. When the drill is jammed into the bottomhole with broken material, immediately shut down the engine and turn the drill with a wrench several times without supplying water, then rotate the drill and slowly lift and lower it several times (extend or push it), and then continue drilling.

3. When drilling through holes in the slabs, it is necessary to reduce the axial pressure before the drill is released from the opposite side to prevent surface chipping and limit the free stroke of the drill.

4. At the end of drilling, the tool must be carefully removed from the bottomhole without turning off the electric motor and water supply, and then cut off the engine and water supply. The core is removed from the drill by its own mass. In this case, the core drop zone must be protected on the underlying floor and signal signs installed.

5. In case of blind drilling, the core is removed from the well by preliminary clogging of the metal wedge, peeling off the core from its base and removal from the well with special ticks. The gripping part of the ticks must correspond to the outer diameter of the core.

4. Guidelines for the Installation of Frame Scaffolding

1. This section is designed for installation and operation of frame scaffolding on the housing floors intended for drilling holes in the floor and installation of ventilation cups.

2. Stability of scaffolding in transverse direction is ensured by attachment of scaffold posts at the level of joints to building elements with inventory plugs, and in longitudinal direction stability is ensured by setting diagonal connections along external row of posts.

3. Forests are installed on floors to a height of up to 4 m.

4. The working floor on the side of the outer row of scaffolding shall have a fence. The height of the fence must be not less than 1.1 m, the side element must be not less than 0.15 m, the distance between the horizontal elements of the fence must be not more than 0.5 m.

5. The installation and dismantling of frame scaffolding can only be carried out by persons who have full technical knowledge in this area.

18. Perform work from only one scaffold. It is strictly forbidden to perform works simultaneously from several levels of forests along the same vertical.

19. It is strictly forbidden to remove anchors and scaffolding during work.

20. Supply materials to scaffolding in tiers by hand.

Dismantling of scaffolding.

21. Removal of scaffolding is allowed only after completion of all works with them and after garbage removal, remnants of materials, as well as equipment and tools from the flooring of the protective visor and scaffolding.

22. Prior to dismantling of scaffolding, the works manufacturer shall inspect them and instruct the workers on the sequence and methods of disassembly, as well as on measures ensuring safety of the works.

23. Demolition of scaffolding shall be started from the upper tier and carried out from top to bottom in the following order:

- remove the railings of the fence;

- remove struts, joints of which coincide with disassembled tier;

- remove scaffolding;
