SUMMARY

Course work on "Technology of zero-cycle works on construction of monolithic reinforced concrete foundations"

The course work contains:

pages - 45;

tables - 14;

figures - 21;

bibliography - 10.

During the course work the concrete works scope sheet was calculated for construction of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete foundations. Concreting method, concrete holding method are selected. Specification of formwork elements is described. Machines and mechanisms for concrete work were selected. Concrete works transportation is described. The performance of the vehicle mixer was calculated. Badya was chosen for laying concrete. A crane was also chosen for the installation, dismantling of the formwork and filling of the bucket with concrete of foundation cups, as well as the installation of reinforcement. Concrete mix delivery cycle is calculated. The costing of work has been calculated.

INTRODUCTION

Currently, technological methods of construction are constantly improving, following the general progress of science and technology.

The construction of buildings and structures consists of a number of construction works, which are divided into separate processes.

At the same time, the construction work is carried out in a certain technological sequence: preparatory work, the work of the underground part or, so-called, zero cycle, the construction of the above-ground part, finishing work and landscaping of the territory. [3, page 25]

Complex construction process of building foundation erection consists of formwork construction processes, installation of reinforcement products, laying and compaction of concrete mixture, disassembly of formwork and maintenance of concrete. The leading construction process is the laying, and compaction of the concrete mixture into the foundation. [3, page 45]

Buildings and structures currently under construction are becoming more complex every year, which increases the requirements for their foundations and foundations. Construction practice shows that it is in the field of foundation construction that the reserves for improving the efficiency and quality of construction work are most hidden.

Compaction of concrete mixture required to improve quality and strength of concrete structures is performed by vibration.

Deep vibrators are used to compress concrete in vertical thin-walled and massive structures by dipping into the thickness of the structure.

The main purpose of the course work on the zero-cycle work technology is to expand and consolidate theoretical knowledge in terms of designing the concrete and formwork technology.

Conclusion

In the course project that I completed, I got acquainted with and mastered the procedure for performing zero-cycle work .

To perform installation reinforced concrete works, 2 standard sizes of wooden formwork boards for reinforced concrete foundations have been developed. In accordance with the capacity of the leading stream, sets of machines for the flow for the installation of the formwork and the preparation of the concrete mixture have been selected.

For transportation of concrete to the specified distance, KamAZ58147s concrete mixer is selected. Concrete mix is laid by DEK401 crane with BP 3.0 bucket.

When calculating the selection of mechanisms, all safety requirements for the safe supply of materials and equipment were taken into account in the accepted schemes for earthworks and concrete works.
