Introduction
A diploma project is presented to your attention on the topic: "Implementation of an investment project for the creation of a pig breeding complex in the Telchensky settlement, Oryol region, Mtsensky district." One of the strategic directions of strengthening the economy of the country and the region is ensuring food security .
Currently, there are a number of serious problems related to agriculture in Russia: a high percentage of agricultural imports, dilapidated equipment used in agricultural enterprises, a low percentage of the population living in rural areas with a low percentage of their employment, and a general weakening of infrastructure. However, in recent years, positive trends have appeared related to the implementation of the national project "Development of agro-industrial complex." Thus, according to preliminary estimates, in 2010 the gross agricultural production index will be 112%. Thus, growth in the agricultural sector has been going on for eleven consecutive years. At the same time, in crop production already exceeded the reference year 1990 and amounted to 117%, and in livestock - only 62%.
Since 2008, the priority national project "Development of agro-industrial complex" has been transformed into the State Program for the Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Markets for 2008-2012.
On the basis of the above, the current direction is the development of an investment project for the construction of a pig breeding complex.
The project aims to increase the cost of empty agricultural land by creating improvements, increase the percentage of employment of the population, by creating new jobs, and also reduce pork imports to the Oryol region due to large volumes of production.
To implement the project, a site was chosen located in the Telchensky settlement, Mtsensky district, Oryol region. He was not chosen by chance. Firstly, it is located within our region and is closest to the strategically important exporter of the Moskov region, and secondly, there is one of the largest percentage of unemployment in the Oryol region. Now let's give all the necessary calculations and explanations for this project.
Architectural Solutions
1.1.1 Initial data:
Section "Architectural Solutions" of the diploma project for the construction of an industrial-type pig breeding complex with a completed production cycle. The reproducer, with a capacity of 4800 sows at the address: Oryol region, Mtsensky district, Telchensky settlement 16 km from the Mtsensk-Bolkhov highway, was developed on the basis of a diploma design assignment.
The area of the designed object is characterized by the following climatic effects:
- design snow load (as per SNiP 2.01.0785 *) - 180 kg/m2
for III district
- wind speed standard head (as per SNiP 2.01.0785 *) -30 kg/m2
for II district
- estimated winter outside air temperature most cold
five days (according to SNiP 230199) - -26 degrees C
- climatic area (according to SNiP 230199) II
In accordance with the requirements of SNiP 210197 * "Fire Safety of Buildings and Structures," the designed building No. 2 has the following characteristics:
- fire resistance rating of the building - II;
- functional fire hazard class - F5.3;
- structural fire hazard class - C0, C1;
1.1.2 Site geotechnical conditions:
Earlier, engineering and geological surveys were not carried out at the investigated site. Absolute elevations of the site surface vary from 233.68 to 237.28 m. The site is free from buildup.
The geological structure of the site has been studied to a depth of 10.0m and is represented by clay cover formations (pr IIIII). From the surface, the soil-plant layer (pd IV) is ubiquitous, with a thickness of 0.5-0.7 m, respectively.
Geomorphologically, the survey site is confined to the southern slope of the watershed. The surface of the site is relatively flat.
At the time of surveys (June - August 2006), underground waters were opened at a depth of 2.1 -2.55m. Absolute elevations of underground water level vary from 231.18 to 235.18 m. Groundwater has a slope in the southeast direction. Water-containing soils are loams (layer 2). The water stop will not be opened. In the spring - autumn period, the level of groundwater is subject to seasonal fluctuations. The amplitude of the oscillations reaches 0.5-1.0m. relative to the one recorded at the time of survey.
According to chemical analysis, hydrogencarbonate potassium-sodium-calcium groundwater does not have aggressiveness to any brands of concrete, regardless of waterproofness and is medium aggressive to metal structures.
The source of groundwater is the infiltration of surface and atmospheric precipitation.
The survey site refers to a potentially flooded area.
Of the negative physical and geological processes affecting the construction and operation of buildings, the following are noted:
- close occurrence of groundwater (2.1 - 2.55 m).
By the degree of complexity of engineering and geological conditions, the site belongs to the II (middle) category (SP 11 105-97).
In these engineering and geological conditions, any types of foundations can be used.
According to the degree of frosty puffiness of loess loam (layer 2), it is from-worn to highly sandy soils (manual to SNiP 2.02.0183). deepening of foundations must be not less than the normative depth of soil freezing.
The standard freezing depth is 1.3m.
Soils up to a depth of 2 meters have an average corrosive activity to carbon steel.
Loam (layer 2) does not have aggressiveness to any concrete grades, regardless of watertightness and to reinforced concrete structures.
No wandering currents were found on the site at the time of the survey.
The category of soils by development difficulties in pits depending on the applied mechanisms shall be adopted according to SNIP IV582 Table 1:
- soil-plant layer (layer 1);
- loam (layer 2).
Soils forming the construction site:
- EGE 1 pd IV - Soil and plant layer, layer thickness 0.5-0.7m;
- EGE 2 pr IIIII - Loam brown-brown, semi-hard, iron-iron, below the water level - flowing plastic, from a depth of 4.5-6.7 m - yellow-brown, with separate nests of sandy sand, layer power - 9.3-9.7m.
1.1.3 Architectural and planning solutions:
The sub-item is made taking into account climatic and natural factors of the construction site, the basic scheme of the general plan, peculiarities of functional connections and rational solution of human and cargo flows, taking into account the specifics of production processes.

1.1.3.1 Brief description of the complex location (plot plan)
There are currently no buildings in the area of the proposed development, both in the territory of the development and in the nearest adjacent territories. This greatly simplifies the task of the developer. Adjacent area: 16.000 sq.m.
It was decided to make a district road near the complex with one-way traffic, this will not create large areas for turning. The width of the one-way road is accepted: 3 m. The width of the access two-way road: 6 m.
To protect against wind, as well as to improve the environmental situation around the complex along the road, it was decided to plant perennial trees.
1.1.3.2 Summary of main buildings and structures:
The unit of production buildings consists of: 4 production buildings - a support building (1.1); superos building (1.2); superos and waiting buildings (1.3); buildings of repair, idle pigs and cartilage (1.4); one household building (BC) (1.5); 4 connecting galleries (1.6-1.9), combining the main production buildings and sites for you-hum cartilage (1.10).
