Introduction
Hotel - a building or complex of buildings, where for a fee the accommodation of tourists for a certain period of time in specially equipped rooms is provided.
Modern hotels differ in purpose, capacity, storey, type of structures, level of comfort, mode of operation (year-round, seasonal), location (city, resort, etc.) and other features. All these factors are taken into account in the design and affect the composition of the hotel premises, the architectural and planning structure of the hotel, etc., the main features characterizing the hotels: capacity, storey, purpose and level of comfort. The capacity of the building is determined by the number of permanent sleeping spaces. The classification of hotels by capacity in different countries is different. For example, in Switzerland and Austria, hotels with fewer than 100 seats are considered small; 100200 seats are average, more than 200 seats are large. In our country:
- up to 100 seats - small capacity;
- from 100 to 500 - average capacity;
- more than 500 seats - large capacity.
At the same time, foreign and domestic experts in the field of hotel construction and operation believe that an increase in capacity is advisable within a reasonable range, after which hotels become difficult to manage. This limit is mainly considered the capacity of about 2000 seats. With a larger capacity, they usually switch to the construction of hotel complexes.
World construction practice shows that hotels are built from 1-2 to 40 storeys or more. The issues of the storey of hotels depend on economic, urban planning conditions, regulatory requirements, structures and building materials, methods of erecting a building used in a particular country.
In terms of storeys, hotel buildings are divided into the following groups:
- low-rise (1-2 floors high);
- average storey (3-5 storeys high);
- high storey (6-9 floors);
- multi-storey (1040 floors);
- high-rise (more than 40 floors).
By purpose, hotels are divided into:
- general type hotels (universal);
- business - hotels (for business trips);
- resort and tourist (for recreation);
- motels and campsites (for car tourists);
- specialized (acquired, for transit passengers, for athletes).
The level of comfort of hotels is determined by various studies
residential cell, public group of premises (entrance and reception)
and a catering unit. It also directly depends on sanitary and technical
equipment, interior decoration of the room and furniture making. In addition,
The quantity and quality of the services provided has an impact.
The comfort level is a complex criterion, the terms of which are:
• Room condition: room area (m2), share of single rooms, multi-rooms, rooms, communal amenities, etc.;
• condition of furniture, equipment, sanitary and hygienic items, etc.;
• availability and condition of food companies, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.;
• condition of the building, access roads, arrangement of the area adjacent to the hotel;
• Information and technical equipment, including telephone, satellite communications, televisions, refrigerators, minibars, mini-safes, etc.,
• provision of a number of additional services.
1. Natural and climatic conditions of construction
The designed building is intended for construction in the southern strip of Russia. Design snow, wind loads and respectively areas are established in a specific calculation.

The residential area includes a hotel building with a total area of 0.32 hectares.
The economic zone includes the kitchen access area, warehouses.
The technical zone includes parking for 44 cars (the overall dimensions of one car seat are 5, 5m * 3, 5m).
The territory of the hotel has a high degree of landscaping and improvement. In the middle of the alley is a flower bed with flowers. The site has asphalt pavement. Water surfaces are represented by a basin.
4. Made constructive solution.
External walls are made of brick. The thickness of the walls is determined by climatic conditions and is 510 mm. The bearing walls are also made of brick, their thickness is 240mm. Inside numbered partitions with a thickness of 100mm.
Slabs of floors are reinforced concrete with a height of 300 mm, solid. A layer of waterproofing is laid on the slabs, then a floor structure is installed: floor slab, heat insulation, asphalt concrete bracing, parquet on the mastic. Plates with thickness of 200 mm provide with their mass sufficient sound insulation of intermediate floors.
Ribbed plates are used for coating above elevator part. Concrete bracing is made along the slabs with a slope towards the internal drainage. Waterproofing carpet in 3 layers is made on concrete bracing.
The type of roof made above the residential part of the building with a passing attic, rolling, made of metal.
The staircase is the responsible part of the building ,
serving as a means of communication, between floors, as well as the main means of evacuation in case of fire or other emergency. Stairs in the designed building are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. Stairs of this type are mounted from reinforced concrete marches and inter-storey platforms. Fences of marches from metal grids with handrails from P15X (floor and chlorovinyl).
In administrative premises parquet floors made of chopped laminated board with thickness of 10mm. Floors in the carpet rooms. Floors in bathrooms and toilets, made of ceramic unglazed tiles on cement mortar along a pre-leveled sand-cement brace. When arranging floors in plumbing rooms, it is previously necessary to perform vapor insulation with the introduction of film on the wall by at least 100 mm.
In the administrative rooms of the dining room, universal auditorium, stained glass windows are used. The rooms use plastic windows 1200mm high and 1500mm wide. The joints of the block with the wall must be insulated in one layer. Glazing 30 mm wide. The doors to the rooms are monocotyledonous filamentous. The width of the doors leading to the numbers is 900mm.
Drainage from the roof is carried out using internal drains. Special concrete slabs are arranged near the ventilation pipes to drain water.
Along the perimeter of the building there is a pavement made of monolithic concrete 1.2 m wide with a slope of 0.02 from the building.
5. Interior and exterior finishes.
The facade is made of brickwork with plastering. After the facade is covered with water resistant paint with the necessary frost and
light resistance.
