Final qualifying thesis on the topic "Design of a 6,500-ton distribution refrigerator refrigeration unit in Novosibirsk" with a special section entitled "Analysis of thermal processing and storage conditions for oil and fat products."

The final thesis consists of an 86-page explanatory note and a 4-page graphic section (Form A1). The explanatory note consists of the following sections:

1. Feasibility study of the project. 2. Design and technology section. This section includes the calculation and selection of the refrigerator layout, the calculation of the insulation layer thickness for the enclosures, the calculation of heat gains, the calculation and selection of chamber and compressor equipment, and a description of the refrigeration system layout. 3. The special section of the thesis is "Analysis of thermal processing and storage conditions for oil and fat products." This section examines factors affecting the storage of oil and fat products. The cooling and storage conditions for butter and spreads are discussed. Graphic section: The first sheet shows a plan of the refrigerator, indicating the rooms, platforms, and the location of the chamber cooling devices and pipelines. The second sheet shows a diagram of the refrigeration unit, indicating all the elements included in this thesis. The third sheet shows a plan of the compressor shop, which shows the location of the compressor equipment. The fourth sheet shows sections of the refrigerator, indicating the height dimensions and the arrangement of equipment.
