Description
The planned three-story building has a rectangular plan. Its volume consists of two rectangular parallelepipeds of varying widths and heights. The building is divided into two sections. The first section houses the garage, storage areas, utility and equipment rooms, a washroom, a maintenance room, etc. The height from the relative zero mark of the finished floor to the bottom of the second-floor slab for the parking areas is +4.480 m. All walls in the first section are constructed of brick partitions 250 mm or 120 mm thick. The floor covering of the fire truck parking area is made of chemically resistant materials and includes a small recess for the organized discharge of wastewater into the industrial sewer system through designated manholes in the recess. The depth of the depression relative to the finished floor level is -0.200 m. Also, in the first section, an inspection pit with a depth of -1.43 m is provided. The inspection pit is finished with ceramic tiles. For the transportation of certain loads between the two sections, a small freight elevator without a machine room is provided with a brick shaft with a wall thickness of 380 mm. The internal dimensions of the shaft are 1.3 * 0.75 * 7.780 m. Below the height of the first section of the building, 2 types of roofs are located. Type 1 has a span width between the letter axes equal to 3 meters and a bottom height of the floor equal to + 3.880 m from the finished floor level. To remove precipitation, an internal drain and guide curbs located near the A axis of the designed building are used. Type 2 has a span width between the letter axes equal to 9 meters and a bottom height of the floor corresponding to type 1 roof. A 1.020 series canopy is provided to remove atmospheric water. The first section's floor height is 4.8 m. The second section contains temporary staff quarters, dining areas, specialized classrooms, etc. The walls in the second section are primarily constructed of 80 mm thick fire-rated classroom partitions. The second section consists of two floors, each 3.3 m high.
