The project of the building "Duplex for 2 families" was developed.

Climatic zone -III-B

Average air temperature - -27C

Freezing depth - 2.2 m.

Geological conditions:

Vegetation layer - 0.3 m.

Loam - Ro=0.18 MPa, thickness 0.8 m.

Clay - Ro=0.23 MPa, thickness over 6 m.

The groundwater level is at -2m.

Main designs:

The outer walls are made of foam blocks.

The internal walls are made of foam block.

The ceiling is made of reinforced concrete slabs.

Partitions - plasterboard.

Roof - from a metal profiled sheet on a wooden crate.

The general development plan for the projected building is coordinated with the existing and prospective development of the microdistrict of the settlement. The size of the building plot is accepted: planting of berry bushes, vegetable crops, trees is envisaged on the building plot. Separate areas are sown with lawn grass seeds.
