Additional information

General part

The technical solutions adopted in the project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and rules, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided by the project.

The project was completed under agreement 9456AUS concluded with IP BelgaNIIproekt.

The following regulatory and technical documents were used in the development of the project:

SNB 1.03.0296 "Composition, procedure for development and approval of design documentation in construction";

SNB 2.02.0201 "Evacuation of people from buildings and structures in case of fire"

PUE "Electrical Installation Rules," sixth edition;

SNB 2.02.0504 "Fire automation";

NPB 152007 "Field of application of fire alarm systems and fire extinguishing systems"

GOST 30331.395 (MEK.36444192) "Electrical installations of buildings. Part 4. Safety requirements. Protection against electric shock. "

The initial design data was the approved design assignment and drawings submitted by the customer.

Description and characteristics of the object

The object is a one-story separate capital building.

Height of protected rooms up to 4.5 m.

Key Technical Solutions

Selection of automatic fire alarm system (AFS) hardware was made on the basis of analysis of structural and construction characteristics and purpose of premises, taking into account requirements of technical specification, regulatory and guidance documents, tactical and technical characteristics and equipment cost.

The fire alarm is organized on the A606 device which is installed in operator.

Control of the fire alarm system (setting, removal, clearing of alarms, etc.) is carried out from the A606 device using the access key. The system status information is displayed on the A606 device.

Fire alarm is made using automatic fire smoke optoelectronic detectors IP 2125M, thermal 1035IB and manual fire detectors AC05.

Thermal detectors IP1053IB are used in explosive rooms, and loops are output to intrinsically safe BiOP00 unit.

According to SNB 2.02.0201, a fire warning system of the SO-2 type is provided at the facility. As means of the notification light-sound banners of ACTO12C2 with the inscriptions "Exit/fire" and ACTO 12C with the inscription "Fire" are used.

Signals "Fire" and "Malfunction" are output to the EMERCOM panel.

The project provides contacts for shutdown of ventilation.

Equipment placement

During installation of fire alarm system elements, refer to references on drawings, certificates and technical descriptions for used equipment and materials.

In the control room (place with permanent presence of personnel), the system equipment is mounted: A606 device and BIOP00 unit at a height of at least 1.5 m from the floor level, the access device can be placed at a height of 0.81.5 m. The distance between instruments shall be not less than 0.05m.

Manual AC05 fire detectors are installed on the escape routes at an altitude of 1.5 m from the floor level. Mark the places of installation of manual fire detectors according to GOST 12.4.009 and STB 1392.

Fire alarm system detectors shall be installed in all rooms except the fireplace.

Light-sound banners of ACTO12C2 with the inscriptions "Exit/fire" are established over emergency exits at the height of 2.6 m. ACTO 12C banner with the inscription "Fire" is established according to drawings at the height of 2.6 m.

Placards with protection degree IP54 ASTO12S-2 VZ are used in explosive rooms.

Electrical wiring

The fire alarm network shall be wired with KSVV cable in the duct by walls and ceilings. In explosive rooms, make wiring using PVC wire open. Mark the ends of PS2, PS3 loops in blue.

The light-and-sound indicators of the fire warning system are connected by the PVC wire, the wire is branched out through the UKP boxes.

Wiring along the outer wall is performed by RPPPM wire at a height of 2.5 m and protected by a metal angle.

The main power supply of the equipment is designed by the customer according to the task "PKI Spetsautomatics"

Power supply of equipment

The fire alarm unit is a category 1 consumer and requires two independent power supplies.

Working input 220B, 50 Hz moves the A606 device.

Calculation of battery capacity for A606 device.

Backup power supply for A606 device is provided from battery 12V, 7a/h and provides operation of fire alarm and fire warning unit during 24 hours in standby mode, 3 hours in

the alarm mode for the fire alarm and 1 hour in the alarm mode for the notification about the fire (is established in the A606 device ).

Calculation of battery capacity for VZ IP.

The standby power supply for the VZ IP power supply is provided from the battery 12V, 4 2a/h and provides operation of the fire alarm unit for 24 hours in standby mode and 3 hours in

"Alarm" mode (set in VZ IP).

Security arrangements

PLANT MAINTENANCE

To protect maintenance personnel from dangerous voltages that may occur on electrical equipment housings as a result of

insulation curing, grounding of electrical equipment housings is provided. Grounding of electrical equipment shall be performed by metal connection of its housings to neutral of power supply network of objects, for which a separate third, protective conductor, laid together with wires of other purposes, is used. When performing works, follow GOST30331.395 (IEC 36444192)

"Electrical installations of buildings. Part 4. Safety requirements. Protection against electric shock. "
