1.1 Introduction
Belt conveyor [1, c. 3] is designed to move bulk (bulk) or piece loads in continuous flow. It consists of drive and tension drums enclosing their belts, supporting rollers, drive, tension device and frame.
The upper working branch of the belt, as per the technical assignment (TA) in accordance with Figure 1, the drive drum must have right rotation. The load is transported at height H + D/2 = 750 + 208 = 958 mm (we neglect the thickness of the tape). The conveyor is installed in the shop room, the working conditions are normal (t0 = 20 0С).
Drive (Figure 1) includes electric motor 1, clutch 2, two-stage cylindrical reduction gear with bifurcated high-speed stage (C2rb) 3, chain transmission 4.
According to the load schedule in accordance with Figure 2 (TA), the conveyor operation mode is variable without reversing the drive.
The scale of production is single: the main method of obtaining blanks of body parts is welding; gears - rolled or forged.
