Additional information

Power supply

External power supply to AAZS in accordance with the act of distribution of balance belonging is carried out from transformer substation TP2143.

Power consumption of the reconstructed AAZS (45kW, 50.4kVA, category III) in accordance with the specification for power supply is provided from TP143. For this purpose RP - 0.4kV is reconstructed in TP2143; from TP to a kabelnogokiosk of AAZS43 the replacement of the existing kabelyan is provided the self-bearing wire HOARSED 2A 3х70+1х95 and replacement of the cable booth by KL-209

For external power supply, refer to separate design

From KK to AAZS the laying of cable VBBSHV 5х25 is projected. 220/380V mains voltage with dead-ground neutral of supply transformers

Electricity accounting measures.

The arrangement of the building electric power metering is performed in accordance with the requirements of the standard technical conditions "Energy" of JSC "Lenenergo" and in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulation on Electrical Energy Metering."

Settlement electricity metering is carried out in DBU by the counter of active CE 2727 energy of live broadcast 10100A.

Voltage losses in the supply cable from the interface to the metering point are to be taken into account when drawing up the contract. The transfer of metering devices to the service of the power supply organization is provided with the execution of an additional agreement to the power supply contract.

Power electrical equipment.

The process equipment remote control is supplied complete.

The main power electric receivers are: process equipment of the TRC, electric lighting of the territory and the service unit, sockets for connecting electrical appliances, water heaters, convectors and fans.

Distribution networks are made by IWG cable in cable channels (service unit) and in ground in a/c pipes to consumers of AAZS.

All electrical installation products are adopted by the corresponding category of protection depending on the category of the room according to humidity and explosion and fire safety conditions .

Electric lighting.

The design provides for working and emergency lighting of the service unit, powered from a separate group.

Calculation of power consumption for electric lighting is made based on LIGHTING STANDARDS required by SNiP.

Mains voltage ~ 380/220V. The lamps have 220V.

Lighting is controlled by switches installed in place and from the shield (external lighting).

Group lighting networks are made with IWGng cable, VBbShv cable and IR wire in corrugated pipes.

Lighting of the territory is provided by MINI 300 lamps

(250 W) - 10 pcs on SAL supports, lighting under the canopy is performed by PHILIPS 150 W lamps - 6 pcs.

Zeroing. Protective safety measures.

For the building, the TNCS grounding system (a system with a de-grounded transformer neutral with a zero working conductor N and a protective conductor PE combined in parts of the system) is used.

Rated resistance of external grounding device 4 Ohm.

The grounding conductor is a grounding circuit made of horizontal grounding conductors, which are laid at a depth of 0.8 m.

The design provides for the following protective electrical safety measures:

application of a group (plug) network of a protective zero conductor;

connection of luminaire housings to protective zero conductor;

grounding of electrical installations;

Cables in the design are selected by maximum current load with clarification by permissible current load, by permissible loss

voltage and condition of protective devices actuation in case of single-phase ground fault.

Voltage loss from SW to the most remote current collector will not exceed 4.5%.

Lightning protection. Potential equalization.

In accordance with RD34.21.12287 "Instruction on lightning protection of buildings and structures," SO 15334.21.1222003. The space at the TRC must be protected in the second category with a zone of type "B." Protection against direct lightning strikes of the space near the shopping center is carried out by metal structure of the canopy. Protection against direct lightning strikes of the drain area is carried out using rod lightning arresters. Existing lightning outlets installed on the lighting supports do not cover the explosive zone above one TRC and the breathing valves of the tanks, therefore, the project provides for the installation of one new lightning outlet with a height of 12 m.

The metal structure of the canopy and the rod lightning rod are connected to the external contouring.

The control room belongs to category III for lightning protection and is protected by connecting the steel structure of the service unit to the external grounding loop.

Organization of operation.

All switches shall be recorded in the technical documentation. Specified in PEEP, chap. 1.8.

All switchovers must be performed using security. The list of protective equipment must be located in the room where the electric panel is located.

Electrical installations shall be equipped with basic and auxiliary protective equipment within the scope of POT RM0162001 requirements.

All elements of the electrical installation shall be marked with appropriate markings and inscriptions (safety mark, assignment of groups on boards, direction and their marking).

The personnel servicing the electrical plant shall undergo an annual safety knowledge check, and the electrical plant shall undergo preventive tests.

The preliminary number of maintenance and repair workers shall be:

- electrician for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment (III admission group up to 1000V as administrative and repair personnel) - 1 person.

In case of emergency, the operational personnel must first take actions aimed at releasing people affected by electric current (according to POT RM0162001) to prevent electric shock to other people and to prevent further development of the accident.

Environmental protection activities.

Waste gas discharge lamps are a possible source of environmental pollution. Spent lamps (3 pcs per year) shall be deposited at the plant's centralized point for demercurization.
