General Instructions
I. Electricity supply
The first aid point in terms of reliability of the power supply belongs to category II, and smoke removal fans, elevators, emergency lighting, fire pumps, ITP equipment, fire alarm devices to category I.
Electrical supply is provided from the external supply network by mutually redundant feeders at 380/220V voltage.
II. Electrical equipment.
The electrical equipment of the first aid station was developed on the basis of the rules for the installation of electrical installations (PUE No. 71, SP31-110-2003). The electrical equipment drawings are based on architectural, construction and sanitary-technical parts of the project. The design capacity was calculated according to "methodological recommendations for determining the design electrical loads of healthcare institutions."

IV. Introduction and distribution boards.
Consumers of electric energy are lighting and household electric receivers, elevators, smoke removal equipment, ventilation systems, technological equipment.
VRU-3-11-UHL4 and VRU-3-14-UHL4 shields, VRU-3-25-1UHL4 and PR117donbass 54U3 switchboards are adopted as the introductory device.
The panels are placed in an electrical panel in the basement.
PTs250 input switch, PN2 fuses, power metering counters are installed in VRU-3 input panels.
Consumers of category I are supplied from the power distribution cabinet of type PR11 through the panel of type VRU-3-14-UKhL4.
As measures to save electricity in the lighting system, energy-saving light sources are provided. Electric power is taken into account by multi-tariff counters with a liquid crystal display, accuracy class 1.0.
Backup power sources are provided in the lighting fixtures of the emergency lighting system, in the form of storage batteries, which will be used in emergency mode.
Group networks are provided with cable with copper cores in double insulation of non-spreading combustion, laid in corrugated pipe in space of suspended ceiling. In administrative rooms, lay the cable in cable channels made of non-combustible plastic. Switches with differential protection for 25 A current and leakage current to the ground 30 mA are installed on groups supplying the household rose-exact network.
V. Electric lighting
The design provides for working, emergency and repair lighting (36V). Lighting fixtures of staircases, entrances, electric panels, elevator engine room, heat station, pumping station, corridors are connected to the emergency lighting network.
Calculation of electric lighting is performed by the method of specific calculation of capacities. Types of lighting equipment are selected in accordance with the characteristics of the rooms and are indicated on the network plans.
Group electrical lighting networks are designed with cables with copper conductors of BVGngLS brand laid in trays behind suspended ceilings and in DLP 80x50 (Legrand) cable channels.
VI.Grounding, lightning protection
To protect people from electric shock, it is necessary to ground all metal non-current-carrying parts of electrical equipment by connecting to a zero protective conductor.
Neutral grounding system for residential electrical equipment adopted
TN-C-S.
The zero (PEN) core of the supply cable from the transformer substation is connected to the busbars PE and N of the input device.
The busbar PE of the bushing serves as the main grounding bus (G.Z.S.H.) and is connected to the loop of re-external grounding of the station by a strip of 40x5mm.
The following are connected to the PE bus of the input device for the creation of the main potential equalization system, except for RECORES, intra-house supply lines:
- metal pipes of utilities entering the building;
- metal parts of the building frame;
- grounding devices of lightning protection system.
Connection of the specified parts is performed by IWGng cable of 25mm2 section laid along the ceiling of the basement in the steel pipe.
In addition to PE of group lines, pipes of water supply, heat supply, vent box are connected to PE bus of the board. Connection is performed by IWGng cable of 4 mm2 section, which is laid together with group lines.
Connect and connect the conductors of potential equalization systems according to PUE, publication 7, p. 1.7, item 1.7.391.7.44.
Places where wires and cables pass through walls, partitions and intermediate floors shall be sealed with non-combustible materials (asbestos cement mortar).
According to lightning protection, the building belongs to the III level of protection. Lightning protection is implemented by laying lightning-receiving net from steel galvanized wire of f8mm, spacing of cells of 10m and metal roofing. Round steel is used as current leads. Current leads are connected to lightning protection grid and external grounding circuit.
Wiring shall provide easy recognition along the entire length of the conductors by color (PUE 2.1.31).
The project was carried out in accordance with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic fire protection and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensures the safe operation of the facility for life and health of people.
