It is necessary to create a modern multi-apartment panel house of gallery type in the city of Astrakhan

The drawing is presented on 2 sheets of A1 format with elaborate nodes. The work is excellent. Not a typical project, completely author's.

Initial data for the design:
• Construction area – Astrakhan Region, Astrakhan. (Climatic Region III)
This region is characterized by easterly, southeasterly and northeasterly winds. The thermal engineering calculation is given in Appendix 1 and is carried out in accordance with SP 50.13330.2012 "Thermal Protection of Buildings" and SP 23-101-2004 "Design of Thermal Protection of Buildings".
• The type of house is gallery-sectional. On the floor of the residential building there are: two one-room apartments, two two-room apartments, one four-room apartment and one three-room apartment.
