Purpose of the system

Automatic fire alarm installation (AFPS) - a set of technical means for fire detection, processing, presentation in a given form of a fire notification, special information and issuing commands for switching on (off) technical devices.

Evacuation Warning and Control System (ESMS) - a set of organizational measures and technical means designed for timely communication of information to people and the occurrence of fire and (or) need and escape routes.

The designed AUPS and EPSS systems are designed for:

- detection of primary fire factors (smoke) in controlled premises;

- processing and provision of fire notification in the specified form to personnel conducting round-the-clock duty;

- display of information on plant operability and faults;

- generation of commands for activation of fire warning system, shutdown of plenum - exhaust ventilation;

- informing people about fire and escape routes;

- activation of internal fire-fighting water supply system.

Fire control and receiving devices. Equipment and its location

The selection of the acceptance and control device and other equipment was made in accordance with the requirements of state standards, fire safety standards, technical documentation and taking into account climatic, mechanical, electromagnetic and other impacts in the places of installation.

Safety and fire control device "Signal 20P No. 1," monitoring and control panel "С 2000M," signal-starting unit "С 2000SP1 is.01," test-starting unit "С 2000KPB No. 1" and uninterrupted power supply sources "SCAT 1200 I7 isp. 3000 No. 16 "install in the watch room on the ground floor at a height of 0.8... 1.5 m from the level of the clean floor.

"Signal 20P No. 25" and "C 2000 KPB No. 25" control and control fire control devices shall be installed according to the developed drawings at a height of not less than 2.3 m from the floor level.

Fire alarm loops. Connection and supply lines

The selection of wires and cables, their routing methods for the arrangement of fire alarm loops and connecting lines are made in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents and technical documentation for the system devices and equipment.

In case of parallel open laying, the distance from fire alarm wires and cables to power and lighting cables shall be not less than 0.5 m, as per paras 12.66, 12.67 of NPB 882001 *.

Fire alarm loops are made with independent wires and cables with copper cores. The diameter of the copper conductors of wires and cables is selected based on the allowable voltage drop.

The following types of wires and cables are provided in the project:

- cable for connection of fire detectors - KSVV 2x0.5 (lay in cable-channel 10x15);

- cable for disconnection of ventilation devices - KSVV 4x0.5 (lay along walls and ceiling in cable channel 10x15)

- the interface cable for communication between devices of the ORION system - KVP 4h2h0.52 (to lay on the walls in cable channel 10х15);

- an interfloor cable - KCBB 20x0.5 (to lay on the walls in cable channel 40х25, between floors - in the existing pipe);

- power cable "SLOPE 1200 I7 isp. 3000" - VVGNG 3х1.5 (to lay on the walls in a metal hose to dia. 15 mm, laid in cable channel 40x25).

Passages through the walls and building structures of the building shall be made in PVC tubes.

Protective grounding and grounding

5.2. System of warning and management of people evacuation in case of fires.

System Type Selection

On the basis of NPB 10403, a warning and evacuation control system for people in case of type 3 fire is provided at the facility.

Organize alert methods

In accordance with Table 1 of NPB 10403 of EMSS, the design provides for the installation of "Exit" light indicators and voice annunciators.

Organization of fire warning zones

EPSS warning areas are organized taking into account peculiarities of PCIP, functional purpose of premises and serviceability.

Based on Table 1 of NPB 10403, the building has one warning area.

Place Alerts

The voice annunciators shall be installed at a height of not less than 2.3 m from the floor level, but the distance from the ceiling to the annunciator shall be not less than 150 mm.

Light indicators shall be installed on escape routes. Arrange the annunciators according to Annex 1.

Fire control and receiving devices. Equipment and its location

The selection of the acceptance and control device and other equipment was made in accordance with the requirements of state standards, fire safety standards, technical documentation and taking into account climatic, mechanical, electromagnetic and other impacts in the places of installation.

The "Octave 80C" alert control device should be installed in the watch room on the ground floor at a height of 0.8... 1.5 m from the level of the clean floor .

Install "Octave 80B" amplifiers according to the developed drawings at a height of at least 2.3 m from the floor level.

Connection and supply lines

In case of parallel open laying, the distance from ESDS wires and cables to power and lighting cables shall be not less than 0.5 m, as per paras 12.66, 12.67 of NPB 882001 *. Lines of light warning system and automatic fire alarm installation during parallel laying shall be laid separately from voice warning lines at a distance of not less than 0.5 m, as per paras 12.66, 12.67 of NPB 882001 *.

Power supply lines are made with independent wires and cables with copper cores. The diameter of the copper conductors of wires and cables is selected based on the allowable voltage drop.

The following types of wires and cables are provided in the project:

- cable for connection of light annunciators - CVVP 2x0.75 (lay diam in metal box. 15 mm laid in cable channel 40x25).

- a cable for connection of speech annunciators - PVS 2h1.5 (to lay in a metal hose to dia. 15 mm laid in cable channel 40x25).

Passages through the walls and building structures of the building shall be made in PVC tubes.

Performance Information

General provisions

6.1. Installation of alarm equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the approved working documentation, SNiP, PUE, RD 78.14593, existing state and industry standards and other regulatory documents.

6.2. Deviations from working documentation during installation of alarm equipment are not allowed without coordination with the customer, with the design organization - the design designer, with the state fire supervision bodies.

6.3. The installation and commissioning organization shall preliminary review the design and estimate documentation and, in case of detection of incorrect design and technical solutions, provide the customer with reasonable comments.

6.4. Products and materials used in the performance of works shall comply with the project specification, state standards, technical specifications and shall have appropriate certificates, technical passports and other documents certifying their quality.

6.5. Storage conditions for products and materials shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards or specifications.

6.6. Labor safety and fire safety standards, rules and measures shall be observed during installation.

6.7. General and special work logs shall be maintained during installation of alarm equipment.

Requirements for organization of technical equipment installation works

6.8. The installation and installation organization shall notify the monitoring body of the state fire supervision about the beginning of work on the installation of alarm equipment at the facility.

6.9. The author's supervision of installation works is carried out by the design organization in accordance with the requirements of SP 11110, and technical supervision is carried out by the state fire supervision bodies. Instructions on deviations in the process of installation works are entered in the author's supervision log..

6.10. Signalling equipment is allowed for installation after incoming inspection.

6.11. It is not allowed to replace some equipment with others having similar technical and operational characteristics, without coordination with the design organization and GPN bodies.

Commissioning Requirements

6.12. Commissioning works shall be performed by the installation and commissioning organization in accordance with the requirements of RD 78.145 - 93.

6.13. Prior to commissioning in the course of production of installation works, individual tests (control, adjustment, an adjustment of components of installations, announcers, reception and control devices, alarm starting devices, etc.) according to technical specifications, instructions, PUE have to be carried out.

6.14. Commissioning shall be performed in the following sequence:

- performance of preparatory works;

- commissioning works;

- individual tests;

- complex equipment adjustment.

6.15. Commissioning works are considered to be completed after receiving the parameters and modes provided for by the design and technical documentation, ensuring stable and stable operation of the alarm equipment (without false alarms).

6.16. The installation organization performing commissioning works shall issue an act in accordance with the recommended Appendix 14 of the Manual to RD 78.14593.
