Introduction

The purpose of my course work is to design the maintenance post TO-2 for ZIL441510 machines in the amount of 405 machines with an average daily mileage of 225 km and MAZ54326 in the amount of 325 units with an average daily mileage of 190 km.

The task of road transport is to meet the need for transportation within the specified time frame and in the required amount. To solve it, it requires vehicles of a certain type and a production base that provides their storage, maintenance and repair.

Road transport plays a significant role in the transport system of the Republic of Belarus. More than 80% of cargo and more than 90% of passengers are transported by road. The main task of vehicles is to fully and timely meet the needs of industry and the population in transportation, to increase the efficiency and quality of work .

One of the most important problems facing vehicles is improving the operational reliability of cars and reducing the cost of maintaining them. The solution to this problem, on the one hand, is provided by the automotive industry by producing cars with great reliability and repairability, and on the other hand by improving the methods of technical operation of rolling stock; increase of labor productivity, decrease of labour intensity of maintenance and repair works; increased inter-repair mileage of cars. This requires the creation of the necessary production base for maintaining the rolling stock in good condition, the widespread use of mechanization and automation means for the production of maintenance and maintenance equipment.

The component of the process circuit on ATP is maintenance post TO-2. The main task of this post is to maintain the operability, serviceability of the car when used as intended, during parking, storage or transportation.

This set of works is a preventive measure and is carried out forcibly as planned, through strictly defined periods of operation of the car.

Performance of maintenance and repair of the car is preceded by assessment of its technical condition (diagnostics). Diagnosing at TO-2 (THAT) is carried out for definition of its need and forecasting of the moment of emergence of failure condition by comparison of the actual values of the parameters measured at control to limit.

Untimely maintenance creates favourable conditions for road accidents and extreme wear and tear of car assemblies and parts. Most often, failures occur on the engine. According to the number of failures, the car engine accounts for about half of all failures.

The efficiency of the use of motor vehicles depends on the perfection of the organization of the transport process and the properties of cars to maintain within certain limits the values of the parameters characterizing their ability to perform the required functions. During the operation of the car, its functional properties gradually deteriorate due to wear, corrosion, damage to parts, fatigue of the material from which they are made, etc. Various faults appear in the car that reduce the efficiency of its use.

Based on the above, it can be concluded that without the introduction of progressive technologies, it is impossible to carry out high-quality work carried out at the TO-2 post and in general at the modern ATP.

Equipping existing enterprises with modern high-tech equipment not only improves the quality of work performed, increases the productivity of the entire enterprise, but also contributes to the efficient consumption of energy resources, which is the most important indicator of the work of both ATP and the entire industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus.

Quality management of work in the designed department

The quality control of the works performed is an integral part of the production process, and the ultimate purpose of the control is to prevent scrap and improve the quality of the works performed at the design site.

The quality of maintenance and repair can be judged by the duration of failure-free operation of the car on the line after passing the maintenance and maintenance. The quality of maintenance and repair also has a decisive impact on the level of material and labor costs.

The main function of quality control belongs to the technical control department (TCO) and directly to the supervisors of this department.

The Technical Control Division is a separate structural unit with specific tasks covering a range of time-consuming and diverse types of work. The OTC is created and operates on the basis of the "Regulation on the Technical Control Department." The CTC reports directly to the head of the CTC and in its activities is guided by the job descriptions developed by the head of the CTC and approved by the head of the CTC, as well as the policy materials of higher organizations. The OTC head periodically reports to the chief engineer of ATP on the technical condition of the rolling stock and on the state of the technological discipline of maintenance and repair, as well as his proposals for improving the technical condition of the fleet.

The main task of the CTC is to prevent the occurrence of scrap, i.e. the technical control service must constantly affect the technological process of all types of maintenance and repair of rolling stock.

All employees of the enterprise are interested in ensuring the quality of the work performed, so quality control should be carried out not only by OTC workers, but also by craftsmen, mechanics, repair workers.

More progressive is the method of continuous quality control of maintenance and repair of cars, in real production conditions. Quality control shall be carried out both during the works performed and after their completion.

In order to prevent the appearance of marriage, it is necessary to increase the level of qualification of all workers involved in the technological process in one way or another, the use of modern production technologies, the modernization of the equipment used will positively affect the quality of the work performed, efficiency and productivity .

Energy saving in the designed department

4.1 Main directions of resource saving in the designed division

The development of economic entities in our country is significantly negatively affected by the high share of energy costs in production costs, which at industrial enterprises averages 8-12% and has a steady upward trend due to the large moral and physical wear and tear of basic equipment and significant losses in the transportation of energy resources.

The rational use of energy resources is one of the determining conditions for reducing costs in industrial enterprises and improving the economic efficiency of production in general. At the same time, an energy-saving path for the development of the domestic economy is possible only when forming and subsequent implementation of energy-saving programs at individual enterprises, for which it is necessary to create an appropriate methodological and methodological base. Postponing the implementation of energy-saving measures causes significant economic damage to enterprises and negatively affects the general environmental and socio-economic situation. In addition, the further increase in costs in industry and other sectors of the national economy is accompanied by a growing shortage of financial resources, which delays the renewal of the production base of enterprises in accordance with the achievements of scientific and technological progress.

4.2 Electric Energy Saving Measures

Electric energy consumption is a significant item of expenses of any production, and measures aimed at reducing energy consumption can reduce the financial costs of paying for melon services, increase

labor productivity, direct the saved funds to modernization.

To do this, it is necessary to ensure an optimal level of illumination (as described above, the norm is 150-300 lux); full replacement of incandescent electric lamps with compact energy-saving fluorescent lamps is advisable; Do not leave on lighting fixtures, equipment in the absence of workers on site. These measures will make it possible to increase energy efficiency, both of the branch and of the whole enterprise.

4.3 Measures to save thermal energy and water

In order to prevent the leakage of warm air during the heating period, air-heat curtains should be used; insulation of the outer walls and the entire room before the start of the heating period is also an effective way to save thermal energy; replacement of window units that have served their service life with double-glazed windows; disconnection of heat supply at night (after working hours); freeing heating batteries from rags and other foreign objects; installation of thermal energy counters. All these measures allow the rational use of thermal energy in production conditions.

In order to achieve more economical use of water resources, it is necessary to pay attention to the inadmissibility of leaks of cold and hot water from cranes through seals.

Graphic part

5.1 Graphic Design Requirements

The design of the graphic part of the course design must comply with the requirements of the current ESKD and AETD standards.

The graphics part is executed on A1 sheets. On the plan of the designed production department at the bottom or on the right, a complete decryption of conditional graphic images is placed in a free place. The distance from the drawing outline to the first dimension line is recommended to be at least 10 mm.

Conclusion

During this course project, a maintenance post TO2 was designed for 730 cars ZIL441510 and MAZ54326. The annual scope of work was calculated (TO-1 = 32277.09 people; TO-2 = 50699.72 people-parts; EO = 8401.35 people-parts; TR = 292699.07 people are h), the number of production workers is calculated (Rya = 28 people, Rsh = 25 people). The subdivision was calculated, the equipment and accessories were selected, the routing was compiled, the calculation and the drawing were performed.

The knowledge and skills gained in the process of training in the organization of production and the technology of maintenance and repair of cars were consolidated, improved and replenished.
