Scope of Application
This process sheet is compiled for the installation of a prefabricated framework of a one-story industrial building in the city of Krasnoyarsk, designed for new construction.
During the construction of an industrial structure, the following frame elements are used:
- middle crane columns 8K14414;
- crane columns extreme 4K1445;
- crane columns extreme 4K842;
- crane beams BK6ZA1UK;
− farms rafter 3BDR184A1U;
- rafter trusses FB24U14A1U;
- PG6A1UT coating plates;
The following scope of work is provided for in the Job Instruction:
- unloading of columns with total weight of 1404 t;
- unloading of crane beams with total weight of 525 t;
- unloading of rafters with total weight of 1060 t;
- unloading of coating plates with total weight of 1325 t;
- installation of single-cantilever columns - 104 pieces;
- installation of two-cantilever columns - 26 pieces;
- installation of crane beams - 150 pieces;
- installation of rafters - 78 pieces;
- laying of coating plates - 500 pieces;
- grouting of columns into the foundation sleeve - 267.47 m3;
- welding of crane beam with column - 184 m;
- welding of rafter truss with column - 93 m;
- welding of coating plates with rafter structure - 29.25 m;
- grouting of seams of coating plates - 30.15 m3;
This map should be used for installation of precast reinforced concrete three-span frame (where two runs of 18 meters, and one in 24 meters), a one-story production building with a length of 150 m, column pitch of 6 m, rafters with a span of 18 m and 24 m. In spans with a length of 24 m, the height from the floor to the bottom of rafters is 8.4 m. In spans with a length of 18 m, the height from the floor to the bottom of rafters is 14.4 m .
General provisions
The process sheet is compiled for use as part of the project for the construction of the structure, which includes such works as: installation of crane beams, columns, rafter trusses and coating plates, soaking of columns in the glass of the foundation and seams of the coating plates, welding, as well as anti-corrosion coating.
The process plan is necessary to provide the construction with rational solutions for the organization, technology and mechanization of construction works. When developing, "Methodological Recommendations for the Development and Design of Process Charts" MDS 1229.2006, SP 70.13330.2012 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures," SP 121362002 "Labor Safety in Construction," SP 48.13330.2011 "Construction Organization" are used.
Decisions are prepared and made on selection of construction production technology, on determination of composition and quantity of construction machines, and equipment, technological equipment, tools and accessories, necessary nomenclature is identified, as well as volumes of material and technical resources are calculated, requirements for quality and acceptance of works are established, measures for labor protection, safety and environmental protection are provided.
Organization and procedure of works execution
Preparatory work
All preparatory works shall be performed before the frame installation starts:
- the axes of the building are broken and accepted;
- Temporary roads and access roads have been completed;
- underground communications have been laid;
- all necessary temporary structures have been erected;
- installation mechanisms, accessories and equipment were inspected, installed and adopted;
- prefabricated reinforced concrete structures are imported and laid in accordance with process diagrams.
All structures are unloaded and laid out directly at the installation sites. At unloading there is a link from the crane driver 6p - one person, riggers 2p - two people.
All prefabricated elements entering the construction site shall be thoroughly inspected: all parts shall be marked at the fabricators; It is necessary to check geometric shapes, rectilinear edges and faces, correct arrangement of embedded parts, mounting loops, reinforcement outlets; parts with cracks, deformations and other defects shall be returned to the plant.
Before lifting and moving the prefabricated elements to the installation area:
- clean the element from dirt;
- apply the main risks and check, presence of marks of support places
elements;
- check correctness and reliability of slinging.
Lifting, moving and lowering of elements should be carried out smoothly, without jerks, swinging and rotation. Prefabricated elements shall be installed immediately in the design position with appropriate alignment and arrangement of design anchorages in the units.

Main works
Main works include installation of prefabricated units directly
elements (columns, crane beams, rafter trusses, coating plates), including their assembly, slinging, alignment and temporary attachment, as well as related work (welding and anti-corrosion coating device, grouting of columns and pouring of seams of coating plates). All element slinging diagrams, as well as temporary fastening diagrams - see graphic part, sheet 1.
Reinforced concrete columns
The following works shall be performed before the columns are installed:
- foundations for columns are concreted and their design position is checked using geodetic tools;
- sinuses of foundations are filled;
- hairlines of mounting axes on the upper face of foundations and side faces of columns are applied;
- walls of foundations are closed with shields for protection against contamination;
- roads for passage of crane and cars are arranged;
- prepared sites for storage of columns at the place of their installation;
- the necessary installation facilities are delivered to the installation area,
fixtures and tools.
Columns with the help of installation crane are installed in foundation sleeves on reinforced concrete linings.
The columns raised by the crane are lowered into the foundation sleeve, combining axial hairlines in the lower part of the columns with axial hairlines on the foundation. Then columns verticality is checked by means of two theodolites. Theodolites are located at right angles to the digital and letter axes of buildings .
The reconciled columns are fixed in the foundation cup with the help of inventory retainers, wedge inserts. Temporary attachment means are removed after final attachment and concrete reaches 70% of design strength.
Crane beams are mounted after the concrete at the junction between the column and the walls of the foundation shell has gained at least 70% of the design strength.
Crane beams
Prior to installation of crane beams, the following works shall be performed:
- the site has been prepared and planned, including the layout of the laying places of the crane beams before lifting;
- driveways for cranes movement are arranged;
- temporary premises required for installation works are arranged;
- the necessary equipment, tools, auxiliary materials and load-grabbing devices were delivered to the place of work.
Before installation of reinforced concrete crane beams it is necessary to perform geodetic check of elevations of support platforms of crane cantilevers of columns.
Before lifting the beam, install installation ladders on the columns, clean the installation units from dirt and debris, attach haulings from hemp rope on the beam and build it up.
After preparatory works the crane beam is slung and lifted to the installation site.
The beam is raised above the elevation by 50 cm, and then with the help of braces it is brought to a position close to the design one. During installation of crane beams, hairlines on the lower end faces of the beams must coincide with hairlines on the column consoles. Temporary attachment of the beam is carried out using a string and a screw tie to adjust the beams.
After the beams are laid on the column cantilever and temporarily fixed with strubcins, the elevations are adjusted. Axes of crane beams are adjusted with theodolite installed along axis of the first crane beam on a special bracket
After correctness of beams laying is verified, embedded parts of columns are welded to the upper shelves of beams, as well as welding along the lower belt of the crane beam. The height of the weld leg is 10 mm.

Rafter trusses and slabs
They shall be equipped with:
- rafters - with safety rope and braces;
- coating slabs - with braces, and extreme slabs, in addition, with temporary fencing.
Trusses, panels and coating plates are mounted with their preliminary laying in the area of the installation crane. Trusses should be installed in the design position, combining axial hairlines on their ends with hairlines on the supporting surfaces of the columns. Then embedded parts of elements are connected by welding. Stability of trusses during installation is ensured by means of roof conductor-spacer. Temporary attachment can be removed only after installation and final welding of embedded parts of one plate. The first two at the end of the farm building are fastened with bricks. Braces are fixed to attachment anchors. At the same time, all permanent connections should be established with farms.
Final works
After the main works, the following actions are performed: dismantling of process equipment, cleaning and restoration of the territory arrangement, removal of warning signs and shields, fences.
