Selection of construction installation method

Based on the OP analysis and the structural solution of the building, it should be divided into installation sections.

As a section, part of the building is taken within the span and temperature block with the longitudinal method of erection of structures.

Depending on the degree of enlargement of building structures, we choose element-by-element installation.

In this course work, a longitudinal method of mounting load-bearing structures of a reinforced concrete frame of a one-story industrial building is used. At this method, the crane moves along the building, sequentially installing elements along longitudinal coordination axes .

Coating slabs are laid in the span on the area vacated after installation of crane and rafter beams.

Installation of building structures is performed by two flows:

the first stream - columns;

the second stream is crane and rafters beams and coating plates.

In this way, we adopt a combined method of mounting structures. Columns are installed separately into glass-type foundations. Installation of subsequent structures (crane beams, rafters and slabs) is carried out after concrete has gained the strength of at least 70% of the design strength. Crane and rafters beams and cover plates shall be mounted in a single flow, i.e. complex method.

Structures are installed with their preliminary storage in the area of the installation crane in the process sequence of their installation. Columns are arranged equally relative to crane foundations and parking places and, if necessary, flame is tilted from position to position on rib by means of U-shaped tilter. And also, elements are supplied from vehicles. During installation from vehicles, structures are supplied into spans towards installation. If necessary, local pre-assembly of structures is carried out on mobile stands moved during installation in the span.
