Description
DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS DIAGRAM OF ELOW UNIT AVT-6 The raw material supplied to the unit is taken by pumps N-1/1, N-1/2 (N-1/3) and two flows through the flow control valve (position FIRCSA 0975, 0976) is supplied to heat exchangers. Signalling of minimum allowable feed flow through each stream (15% of instrument scale) and interlocking at 10% of instrument scale is provided, at actuation of which fuel gas supply to furnaces from E-24 is stopped and fuel gas discharge to "Flare" is opened.
Coal-bearing oil from tanks No. 302,303 is also supplied to the reception of pumps N - 1,2,3 by pumps N-60/1,2. Coal-bearing oil flow rate is controlled by the control valve (item FRC 0311) installed on the N-60/1,2 pressure pipeline.
It is possible to supply gas stable, kerosene-gas oil fraction condensate or off-spec product from the tank farm with N-58 pump through the control valve pos. FRC 0412.
The N-1/1, N-1/2 pumps can receive reflux from the L-24-300 gasoline hydrotreating unit, gasoline-stripping from the L-24-5.7 units and unstable gasoline from the 100 section of the G-43-107M/1 unit.
The first stream is pumped over via T-1/1, T-1/2, T-3/1, T-3/2 heat exchangers where heats up due to regeneration of heat of the top and average circulating irrigation of K-10 and fraction 350-420oC. The second stream is pumped through heat exchangers T-2/1, T-2/2, where it is heated due to
tar heat. To average the temperature, the oil streams after the heat exchangers are combined.
To remove salts from the oil, which lead to corrosion of the equipment and removal of water from it, electric dehydrators are installed on the plant. Oil after heat exchangers is divided into 4 streams and supplied to electric dehydrators of I stage ED-1/1, ED-2/1, ED-3/1, ED-4/1. Flow meters (FI 0005-0008) are installed on the lines for uniform distribution of oil between electric dehydrators. The amount of oil supplied to each of the 4 streams is controlled by the gate valve.
After the electric dehydrators of the 1st stage, oil enters the electric dehydrators of the 2nd stage ED-1/2, ED-2/2, ED-3/2, ED-4/2.
Process condensate from E-20 tank is supplied by N-31/1 pump (N-31/2) to the second stage electric dehydrators for better washing of salts from oil. Process condensate supply is controlled by flow control valve (position FIRC 0950) installed on condensate supply line from N-31/1 (N-32/2) to electric dehydrators and connected to level in E-20 tank (position LIRCSA 1000) at flow from I to II stage of electric dehydrators. The E-20 tank is provided with a minimum level alarm at 20% of the instrument scale, and at 10% of the instrument scale there is a lock, which automatically turns off the N-31/1.2 pumps. Flow meters (FI 0001-0004) are installed to control distribution of process condensate supplied to ED-1/2, ED-2/2, ED-3/2, ED-4/2 electric dehydrators. In
electrodehydrators, oil and water are separated. The water-in-oil emulsion formed by mixing oil with water is destroyed in the electrodehydrators by the action of a high voltage electric field, which is created on the electrodes of the electrodehydrators.
Water from the II stage electric dehydrators through the water level control valves (LIRC 1005-1008) passes half of the T-44 air cooler and is supplied to the reception of N-1/1, N-1/2, N-1/3 pumps) for washing out salts from oil in the I stage electric dehydrators. Brine solution from the first stage electrodehydrators through water level control valves (LIRC 1001-1004) is discharged to the E-18 oil sump. In the upper part of E-18 the entrained oil settles and through the level control valve (pos.LIRC 1032) comes to the reception of pumps N-1/1, N-1/2 (N-1/3). From E-18 settler bottom hydrochloric solution via the air T-75 fridge is removed from installation with a temperature not higher than 60 wasps (poses.TR 0257) on the pressure head pipeline to treatment facilities via the valve regulator of pressure of poses. PRC 1150.
Electrodehydrators of I and II step work under pressure of not higher than 16 kgfs/cm2 (poses. PIRCA 1160, 1162) and temperature is not higher than 160 wasps. Electric dehydrators are equipped with alarm for pressure increase (pos. PIRCA 1160, 1162) and oil level decrease (pos. LSA 0077-0084) and blocking for oil level decrease (pos. LSA 0077-0084) (when the level in the column of the level gauge is lower than 70% of the scale of the device, voltage is removed from the electrodes), opening doors of high voltage transformers at the maintenance site.
Electric dehydrators are equipped with safety valves. In case of pressure increase in electrodehydrators, relief valves are discharged to the 10th tray of the K-1 column. If necessary, the electrodehydrators can be released from oil by means of the N-19/2 pump through the T-9/2 air cooler. In the air cooler, the product is cooled, after which it is supplied to the intake of feed pumps.
