Description



The working design of the hot water flow metering unit for WAN needs was developed on the basis of the following documents:

1. Procedure for determination of maximum and minimum coolant and water flow rates at heat stations when selecting heat and water meters.

1. technical solutions

To organize the accounting of water consumption for the needs of the GVA received by the object, it is proposed to equip the entry into each group with an ESP15 water meter (Du = 15 mm, Gmin = 0.03 m ³/h; Gt = 0.12 m ³/h; Ge = 0.9 m ³/h; Gn = 1.5 m ³/h; Gmax = 3 m ³/h) with a pulse output of 1 l/imp, which is connected to the 2m measuring controllers SPKM-102

Technical specifications

Measuring controller SPKM102 is registered in the State register of measuring instruments under N 2818904 and is approved for use in the Russian Federation.

Measuring controller SSKM102 is a measuring and computing device made on the basis of a specialized microprocessor, and is designed to collect, process, present and transmit information from temperature, flow and pressure transmitters at water consumption metering points.

SPKM-102 has eight measuring channels:

- two channels with analog current inputs (channels t1, t2) for connection of resistance thermal transducers (TC) according to a four-wire circuit;

- two channels with analog current inputs (channels P1, P2) for connection of pressure transducers;

- four channels with numerical pulse inputs (channels G1, G2, G3 and G4), from which pulses from flow converters are counted.

To transmit information, the PCM102 has a digital exchange port in the RS 232C standard and a digital exchange port in the RS 485 standard.

SPKM-102 has built-in digital-letter indicator and keyboard and is made in plastic housing.

PCM102 provides:

automatic measurement of signals of primary converters of volume flow rate and coolant pressure;

counting of calendar date and astronomical time;

calculation of device operating time;

control of parameter value and fixation of setting beyond the established limits;

accumulation and storage in nonvolatile memory of the archive of measurement results and integral values of physical parameters;

indication of measured, calculated and status parameters on the built-in indicator;

transmission of current, hourly and daily information on water consumption parameters to PC via RS232/RS485 interfaces.

Sealing

After installation works, the water meters, terminal boxes and the computer board shall be sealed by representatives of the heat supply organization.

Instructions for installation of equipment

During installation works the requirements of SNiP 3.05 shall be met. 0185; 3.05. 0385; 3.05.0785, as well as SNiP Sh-4-80 "Safety in construction" and fire safety standards;

During installation of pipelines and equipment, tightness and strength of elements attachment shall be ensured;

Before installation make sure that there are seals on the equipment;

Primary transmitters shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer and design instructions;

The measurement and calculation unit is installed in a separate board;

Wires or cables from the primary transmitter shall be laid in steel pipes, metal pipes or cable channels of MKS REHAU;
