Introduction

The working design of the heat energy and coolant metering unit was developed on the basis of the following documents:

Specification No. 04374 issued by TSiS Enterprise No. 1 of State Unitary Enterprise Mosteploenergo

Procedure for determination of maximum and minimum coolant and water flow rates at heat stations when selecting heat and water meters. M.A. Lapir, Office of Fuel and Energy Economy of the Government of Moscow, 27.10.98;

SNiP 2.04.0786. Thermal networks.;

SP-41-101-95. Design of heat stations;

SNiP 2.04.0185 * Internal water supply and sewerage of buildings

SNiP 2.01.0182. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning.;

Rules of heat energy and coolant accounting.;

Rules for the use of thermal energy. PR347001085.;

ELECTROMAGNETIC HEAT METER "BIS.T," operating manual.

"Communication, alarm and dispatching devices for engineering equipment of residential and public buildings. Design Standards "VSN-60-89

"Temporary Technical Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Integrated Dispatch Systems in Moscow" 1980

Additions to the "Temporary Technical Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Integrated Dispatch Systems in Moscow" dated 17.09.1999

Electric equipment

Electrical equipment of the heat metering unit is supplied from the power panel located in the basement.

According to the degree of reliability of power supply, the electric receivers of the metering unit belong to the 1st category.

Supply mains voltage 380/220V with neutral grounding.

The design provides for lighting of the installation sites of the heat metering board and primary flow converters using lighting fixtures with incandescent lamps. Lighting control is local.

The design also provides for the installation of a socket with a ~ 220V 50Hz grounding contact near the installation site of the heat metering board.

Supply mains and lighting mains are made by cable with copper residential grade IWG in steel electric welded pipes, open under the basement ceiling.

Anti-vandal events

For anti-vandal measures it is necessary to provide locking of the entrance metal door.

After installation works, the heat meter shall be sealed by the representatives of the heat monitoring bodies. The following heat meter units are sealed:

- primary flow converter terminal box cover;

- flow transducers and resistance temperature transducers on the pipeline;

- housing of measurement and calculation unit.

Scheduling

To control the hydraulic operation mode of heating and cold water supply systems, it is possible to connect pressure sensors to the IVB. In this case, the sensors are installed:

- on the supply heating pipeline;

- on the reverse heating pipeline;

- on CFS pipeline;

These parameters can be transmitted to the control room, which also receives temperature monitoring data on the supply and return pipelines of the heating system, as well as measurement and calculation data of the heat meter.

Heat meter provides transmission of current values of heat supply system parameters and static information via serial interface. This accounting system can be used in the complex dispatching of housing stock with the output of parameters to the ODS.

Connection of the engineering equipment of the metering unit of the metering unit located in the basement of the residential building is carried out to the UDF panel to which this house is connected.

To transmit data, a digital signal concentrator (DSC) is installed in the room of the metering unit, which is connected to the thermal calculator. Signal is transmitted from concentrators via switching box to ODS panel via existing communication lines. The project was completed without providing Technical Conditions for connection of engineering equipment of metering unit to ODS.

Instructions for installation of equipment

During installation works the requirements of SNiP 3.05 shall be met. 0185; 3.05. 0385; 3.05.0785, as well as SNiP Sh-4-80 "Safety in construction" and fire safety standards;

During installation of pipelines and equipment, tightness and strength of elements attachment shall be ensured;

Before installation make sure that there are seals on the equipment;

Primary transmitters shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer and design instructions;

Thermal resistance transducers KTPTR05 shall be installed according to the design drawings in the places indicated on the wiring diagram;

The measurement and calculation unit is installed in a separate board;

Wires or cables from temperature sensors and the primary transmitter included in the heat meter set shall be laid in steel pipes or metal pipes;

Test interval of heat meter set is 4 years
