Instructions for Column Erection.

Before installation of columns, foundation sleeves are cleaned from dirt, correct elevations of foundation sleeves bottom are checked, if necessary, bottom is poured with mortar.

Hairlines of longitudinal and transverse axes are applied on foundations.

It is allowed to install columns only after acceptance of support elements, which includes geodetic check of compliance of their planned and high-altitude position to the design one with drawing up of geodetic as-built diagram.

The design position of the columns should be adjusted in two mutually perpendicular directions.

The bottom of the columns should be adjusted by combining the hairlines indicating their geometric axes in the lower section with the hairlines of the layout axes on the foundation cups.

The method of supporting the columns on the bottom of the sleeve should provide fixing of the bottom of the column from horizontal movement for a period until the assembly is ground, temporary fastening of the columns should be carried out using wedges.

During the installation of columns, constant geodetic assurance of their installation accuracy must be carried out with determination of the actual position of the mounted columns.

Instructions for installation of trusses and crane beams.

It is allowed to install crane beams only after design-basis fixation of columns and achievement of 70% strength of grounded joints by concrete, as well as after acceptance of support elements, which includes geodetic check of compliance of their planned and high-altitude position to the design one with drawing up of the execution diagram.

Before lifting each structure, it is necessary to check compliance with their design grade, absence of debris, dirt, snow and ice on the supporting surfaces of columns and girders, presence of reference hairlines determining the design position of structures on the supports.

The structures shall be laid in the direction of the overlapped span in compliance with the design dimensions of the depth of their support on the supporting structures or gaps between the mating elements.

The installation of structures in the transverse direction of the overlapped span should be adjusted, combining the hairlines of the longitudinal axes of the installed elements with the hairlines of the axes of the columns or the hairlines of the laying axes.

Girders, trusses, construction beams should be laid dry on supporting surfaces of bearing structures.

Installation of trusses and construction beams in vertical plane should be performed by checking their geometric axes on supports relative to vertical.

During installation, permanent geodetic control should be carried out, the results of the control should be drawn up by a geodetic executive diagram.

Instructions for installation of coating plates.

Installation of coating slabs is allowed only after design fixation of columns, girders and diaphragms of stiffness and achievement of 70% strength by concrete of frozen joints, as well as after acceptance of support elements, which includes geodetic check of compliance of their planned and high-altitude position to the design one with preparation of the executive diagram.

Before lifting each plate, it is necessary to check compliance with its design grade, clean the support surfaces of the plate, girders and stiffening diaphragms from debris, dirt, snow and ice.

The slabs shall be laid in the direction of the covered span in compliance with the design dimensions of the depth of their support on the supporting structures or gaps between the mating elements. Installation of plates in the transverse direction of the covered span should be carried out according to the markings determining their design position.

Slabs are laid dry on bearing surfaces of bearing structures along trusses (beams).

Grouting of joints should be performed after checking the correct installation of plates, acceptance of welded joints of elements and conjugation units and execution of anticorrosion coating of welded joints and damaged areas of embedded articles coating. Concrete mixtures used for grouting of joints shall meet the requirements of the design. The largest grain size of coarse aggregate in the concrete mixture shall not exceed 1/3 of the smallest joint section size.

Instructions for installation of wall panels.

During installation, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the building and its parts at all stages of construction.

Installation of wall panels should be carried out only after welding and sealing of the frame joints and installation of the slab disk of one span.

Installation is carried out in rows, starting from the installation of lighthouse corner panels, according to which the remaining intermediate panels of the row are adjusted.

The waist panels of the external walls of the frame buildings shall be installed: -in the wall plane - symmetrically with respect to the span axis between the columns by aligning the distances between the panel ends and the hairlines of the column axes at the panel installation level; - from the wall plane: - at the bottom level of the panel - aligning the lower inner face of the panel to be installed with the face of the child panel; - at the top level of the panel - aligning (using a template) the face of the panel with the risk of the axis or the face of the column.

The trim panels should be reconciled: - in the wall plane - aligning the risk of the bottom axis of the installed panel with the orientation risk applied on the waist panel; - from the wall plane - aligning the inner face of the installed panel with the face of the child panel; - and the vertical plane - aligning the inner and end grates of the panel with respect to the vertical.

Installation of panels should be carried out, relying on beacons adjusted relative to the mounting horizon.

After installation of a row of plates, seams are filled.

The strength of beacon materials shall not be higher than the design-established compression strength of the solution used for the bedding. The thickness of the beacons should be 10-30 mm (if there are no special proposals in the draft).

The panel installed in place is fixed to the previously mounted or to the floor with struts and struts, which are also used to finally bring the panel to the design position.

When installing parapet plates, they are immediately installed in the design position on the mortar layer with alignment of the harm position until the crane hook is released.
