Description
Doughnut apparatus "Gulf Stream 1/1M" is designed for the formation and preparation in heated oil of donuts of traditional shape weighing 30-40 gr. The equipment is designed for the simultaneous preparation of 15 donuts (200 donuts per hour). The cooking process takes an average of 50 seconds. During this time, the doughnut must be turned over. The finished product is laid on a tray attached to the starboard side of the apparatus using a culinary forceps.
