8. Technical - economic indicators

1. Common part.

Grounds for project development:

1. Technical conditions No. 66/7803 of 19.01.2011 issued by Ulyanovskoblgaz LLC.

This project provides for the construction of the transition of the G4 gas pipeline by the method of inclined-directional drilling through the stream in the village of Orlovka, Tsilninsky district, Ulyanovsk region.

2. Gas supply.

2.1. External gas pipeline.

The project provides for the laying of an underground section of the G4 Du150 gas pipeline instead of the existing above-ground section.

Laying of gas pipeline under water barrier is provided by method of inclined-directed drilling. Before drilling, it is necessary to prepare a location for the drilling rig. The place needs to be protected. The distance between the fence and the machine must be at least 1.5 m. Before starting the plant, it is necessary to check the presence of oil, fill the tanks for concrete and water.

During the works, it is necessary to provide working and receiving pits, to install signal signs visible at any time of the day. Stairs shall be provided to lower the workers into the pits.

Development of working and receiving pits is performed by bucket excavator. Dig pits with natural slopes.

When penetrating pits and trenches in water-saturated soils, it is necessary to provide wall attachment and drainage using drainage plants .

After completion of the works on the transition arrangement, the working and receiving pits are filled to design elevations with mineral soil with layer-by-layer tamping with a pneumatic tool .

Laying of gas pipeline by method of inclined-directed drilling is performed with obligatory supply of drilling mud of concrete into drilling zone for stabilization of drilling well preventing its collapse from pressure of surrounding soil and formation of additional protective film. The composition of the drilling fluid is selected depending on the type of soil.

Before pulling, the getter must be welded, joints checked, leak test was carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 42012002. After pulling, the gas pipeline must be tested for tightness.

To disconnect the gas pipeline, above-ground ball cranes are provided on both sides of the water barrier.

Steel electric welded pipes according to GOST 1070491 of steel Vs2sp2 according to GOST 38094: Du150 - 250 m are used as gas pipelines of underground laying.

3. Gas pipeline test.

External gas pipelines completed by construction should be tested for air tightness.

Prior to testing, the underground gas pipeline completed by construction is purged. Blowing is performed by compressed air coming from receiver or from high-performance compressor units. Blowing is carried out by high-speed air flow (1520 m/s). Blowdown is considered complete when a stream of uncontaminated air exits the blowdown nozzle.

Steel gas pipeline test standards shall be adopted in accordance with SNiP 42012002, Table 16, 17.

For testing of external gas pipelines it is necessary to adopt pressure gauges of accuracy class 0.15; 0,4; 0,6.

4. Installation of gas supply system

Installation, testing, commissioning shall be carried out by specialized installation organizations in accordance with the requirements of the "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems," SNiP 42012002 and current regulatory documents. Before the start of work, the project must be agreed with the PTO of the Tsilnamezhareigazz branch of Ulyanovskoblgaz LLC.

5. Gas pipeline security area.

To ensure safety and prevent accidents and accidents, the following protection zones are installed for gas distribution networks:

- along the routes of external gas pipelines - in the form of an area limited by conventional lines passing at a distance of 2 meters on each side of the gas pipeline;

- around freestanding EMG - in the form of an area limited by a closed line drawn at a distance of 10 meters from the boundaries of these objects;

- for above-ground sections of gas pipelines, the distance from the trees to the pipeline must be not less than the height of the trees during the entire life of the gas pipeline.

Land plots located in the protection zones of gas distribution networks are not seized from their owners and can be used by them taking into account the restrictions established by the "Rules for the Protection of Gas Distribution Networks" and imposed on land plots in the established manner.

When performing work in the protection zone of the gas pipeline, be guided by the "Rules for the Protection of Gas Distribution Networks," approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 20.11.2000 No. 878.

6. Prevention of emergency situations.

The Emergency Control Service at the Tsilnamezhereigaz branch is responsible for eliminating emergency situations on the gas pipeline. In the event of emergency situations, residents near the lying houses should urgently report to the Emergency Dispatch Service by tel. 04. To stop the gas supply to the designed gas pipeline, a disconnecting device is provided at the point of tie-in to the existing gas pipeline.
